   Lovely staff and always willing to help in any way possible. Update from last review. Totally changed the layout and still don't like the new layout as I can never find the things i want, so I have been going shopping in other places that I know where things are. Also, prices have gone up so the places I have been going are the same price or cheaper and still good quality for price as they are here.

   This store is fairly cramped. It's gets quite busy and there's always staff stacking shelves so the aisles become a little more cramped unfortunately. Shelves are fully stocked though lol. There are lots of things to choose from. A lot more now in the chilled section which was a pleasant surprise. Branded items appear to be slightly cheaper than in other stores. Wheelchair accessible entrance, can't say I saw any wheelchair accessible trolleys but I honestly didn't look. Wide aisles at the till. Cheery friendly helpful staff. Wheelchair accessible parking too although the car park is shared I believe so can be quite difficult to get an accessible bay. Overall experience was a positive one.

   Omg finding normal stuff like Tea bags, Sugar, Coffee is not straight forward. Finding someone to ask even harder. I could not imagine trying to do a full shop here but Some prices are tempting. Very strangely laid out and they will not have everything you want, may be out of stock on things you may regularly buy there and you can waste a lot of time unless you know Exactly what you want and Where they put it. Genuine savings though. PS *There are No Self Serve checkouts* **You have to be quick grabbing stuff once they've scanned it as the checkout till has no space for you items and you Do Not have the time Or space to pack properly. You have to grab it quick, stick it back in your Trolley, pay. Then go to the window are to pack. *** You Cannot take your Trolley or Wheely Basket out of the store. It's very Bizarre and nothing like the till/checkouts at a regular supermarket. ***** I would not say that shopping here is a pleasant experience - you have none of the facilities of Tesco Morrisons Asda Waitrose etc No Toilets No Cafe or Coffee Shop No Pharmacy No self service checkouts No baskets only till Tills are constantly opening up and closing and the staff seem to harassed and under pressure to rush rush rush and as a customer you also feel like you have to rush too. It's a big step backwards in Supermarket shopping and they are tiny, busy busy stores, and the really cheap stuff, well - you got what you paid for.........
