   Subway in this garage staff incredibly rude, stood there for 15 minutes waiting to order whilst they both fully ignored us didn't even say hello or won't be a moment. Rude. Ended up just walking out.

   I visited Subway today and had a very unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. She was quite rude in her behavior, throwing items carelessly while preparing the order. She was a short woman with curly hair and brown skin. Her attitude came across as disrespectful and unprofessional, and I also felt that her behavior may have been racially insensitive.

   i was standing in the line to be served and a person got served before me who come out from behind the till when i try to get their attention non of them had nerv to look at me so i walked out people like this shud not work at customer service

   I visited Subway recently and was served by Joe. Despite the store being clearly understaffed and a constant stream of Deliveroo orders coming in, Joe remained calm, patient, and professional throughout. It did take a bit longer than usual to get my order, but it was clear the delay wasn’t his fault – he was handling a lot on his own. Joe made sure to greet every customer politely, took time to get each order right, and didn’t let the pressure affect his service. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail, even in a hectic situation. If anything, Subway needs to make sure their staff aren’t left to manage such a high workload alone. Joe did a great job under the circumstances, and his customer service deserves recognition. I visited on the 29th June 2025 around 17:30.

   Went to this petrol station on way home from picking my partner up from work at about 11:30pm. My partner got out my car and tried to start filling it up when the guy was waving at him we was both confused and didn’t know what he was on about so he kept trying eventually the guy let us use it as were filling up it gets to £20 and the guy cuts it off so we are both confused yet again I thought maybe it ran out of fuel the pump so my partner goes inside to pay and the guy in the petrol station says “I didn’t think you would pay so I cut it off” my partner was mortified we’ve both never had anything like this said to us before so anyway he paid and went to walk away when the guy shouted “wait” so he stopped and then the payment got approved and he said “you can go now” so rude! Very shocked and appalled to be honest.

   3rd time I have gone in here and price on label is less than I get charged at till, queried price with manager about it today and got laughed at. Won't be going here again.

   Toilets at this petrol station are ok but need a good clean. Very expensive for drinks and a bit of a confusing sign for pricing.
