    Just had my kitchen done and couldn’t be happier with the result. There was clear communication throughout the job. I only had to phone the owner / ask the fitter if I had a query about ongoing work and it was sorted. Being a full, back to brick renovation, we encountered some problems we hadn’t foreseen with the joists and wiring. All this was clearly explained to us and everything has been re-done to a very high standard. The kitchen was finished yesterday and left in pristine condition.

    Visited in Sept 23 to look at Kitchens. The member of staff said they could also carry out other work we needed (heating/boiler etc). They called the following Tuesday to have a look to arrange a quote. Followed up that Friday to be told they would arra nge a quote. Its now Nov and im still waiting to receive this quote. Obviously went with suppliers/tradesmen who turned up and quoted as they said they would.

    I answer 2 reviews we carry out an on-site survey, once the survey has been done we ask customers to come into the showroom to look at plan and move on with everything, we have so many people who after the survey do not return calls, we cannot get them into the showroom and never move on but blame us, we are happy you spent your few pounds else where as we cannot help everyone, on our shelf we have plans going back months that we have done under the heading of rang but never moved on, ie could not be bothered to turn up. Answer for Mr Roddy, your kitchen was installed 8 years ago, your washing machine is leaking, we do not mend appliances, your warranty has expired what on earth do you want us to do about it, your decision to be nasty has hopefully back fired on you as a review 2 weeks ago which is spiteful from work you had done 8 years ago and were very happy with the job, please buy a new washing machine and leave us alone

    I love to support local business's, that's why i went in to the show room to arrange a site visit. They came out and were on time, took measurements, and had a rough idea of what i we wanted on Monday 11th Jan. I also arranged for Howdens, Wicks, Magnet and B&Q to come out and do something for us as well that week. All of which came back to me with a design and price guides before 15th Jan. It's now 28th Jan, still waiting for a design, no response from them at all - I went into the show room to ask what was happening and the lady had said that he has rang me - Checked my mobile which is the only number they have... Nope you've not rang me. Then told me he'll ring back by the end of the day.. I had a voice mail the day after this saying he was leaving the office and would call the following day..?! Yep you guessed it. no call the following day.. I won't be chasing you anymore, you've just lost a sale for a full kitchen, plus appliances.

    Just spent our 1st Christmas in our new kitchen. Really pleased with the whole process, had our dining room knocked through to make a kitchen diner which took about 6-7 weeks in total. Looks like an extension without the price tag ! I wouldn't change a thing about my choice of kitchen & that's due to Rob's great ideas for the design & layout & also my often change of mind in many aspects which was never a problem in order to get everything just right.

    Wanted new kitchen, bedroom wardrobe & some alterations to the bathroom. Went here as they said they could do everything. Cannot praise this firm and the workmanship highly enough. Great value for money too. Rob very helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend them.

    My wife and I went to Kitchens by Choice for a new worktop, they came out to measure up, told us that if they could they would remove old worktop with out damaging existing tiling. We received a reasonable quotation, after that there was no pressure for a sale (which is how we like it). Anyway we went with them and true to their word they got the old worktop out without damaging a single tile. The kitchen was left clean and the old worktop was taken away the same day. and as for the new worktop, it looks fantastic great service.
