   I had my shopping delivered by a lovely gentleman called Adam. He was so helpful, polite and professional. Our shopping was delivered on time. It is so lovely to have such a nice gentleman deliver your shopping. It is a hard time of year because of the amount of drops that they have, also with all the traffic on the road it can be a nightmare for them. They do it with professionalism and a smile.

   This store has been my go to place for my weekly shop for years and I don’t usually write reviews, but lately it’s become really frustrating! All the aisles have changed, it’s overcrowded , and so many of my usual products get out of stock and it has made shopping here genuinely difficult. It feels so chaotic, and I just want the store to go back to how it used to be. The staff here are very helpful though. The here to help girl Maryam carrying the stick is absolutely lovely. She’s bubbly, helpful, and knows her stuff! Always helps me with my shopping. So staff are good from my experience but the shop needs reorganising back to how it was!!! Why fix something that doesn’t need fixing!

   1 star for the racist and ignorant customers. In the same evening one woman banged her trolley into mine (literally pushed it into mine) and didn't apolgise, and then another was rude mumbling under her breath about me just because I took 10 seconds to put something in my trolley next to a fridge she wanted to go into. Scumbag customers are exploiting the current discrimination an against minorities and getting too brave!

   Me and my family came here for the first time and it was okay. It was very busy and was hard to get places so would not recommend coming in big groups the staff were lovely and very helpful. Despite the rude customers they kept a smile and helped us happily. Will definitely come here more but if you are in a rush then maybe go somewhere else. They have scan and go which is helpful and makes shopping much faster.

   We shop here all the time, it is our local Tesco. We use the scan and go all the time so that we can get our shopping and go as it says but we always end up waiting in a que because people who are not using the scan and go are scanning a whole trolley of stuff. Why are there not tills just for the scan and gosi people who are using this can just go straight to that till it would make shopping slot easier.

   Went to the petrol station yesterday put £70 of petrol in like I usually do, each week, an hour later I checked my banking app I find £120 had been taken out from the petrol station as well as the £70 I was shocked by this so I went back to the petrol station when I told the lady at the kiosk what had happened she pointed to the big sign on the kiosk window explaining at the banks and now taking £120 to cover the amount of money you're using on petrol explained with the one big sign at the kiosk if you're using your card you don't see this sign she said that all on the petrol pumps when I knew they was not otherwise would have got cash out she then proceeded to go round all the pumps and make sure signs we're up, are later on got in touch with my bank through my app and explain the situation the adviser told me that the woman the petrol station could you give me a code so I could have got my money back there and then she did not I have tried phoning Tesco's today to speak to someone I was told somebody would call me back within the hour nobody has which is why I'm leaving this review I failed to put appropriate signs up so people can clearly see the only sign is at the kiosk if you're using your card you're not going to see that's fine she also did not give me a code to get my money back straight away and customer service did not call back well done Tesco's.

   I have been shopping here for years and was appalled at the two young girls working on the fresh chicken aisle today. They had a trolley of meat which they were meant to be filling the fridges with butwere instead both t standing in front of the chicken coolers taking up room and with their trolley at the side talking to their friend . They did not shift to let customers help themselves to the chicken ..people had to go behind them whilst they carried on talking to their friend . I went around doing my shopping and upon coming back they were still in the same place laughing and talking away to the same friend . I questioned them why they were not working and blocking the chicken aisle .They laughed at me and said I could have said ‘excuse me’ and were rude in their attitude .Other staff around them working away and these two girls let them down . I asked where their manager was and they both left the trolley with the meat on to find them and never came back . A lady did gone to ask me what the issue was and I explained about their behaviour and as shareholders of Tesco did not they were doing their job .The packaged chicken should have been transferred into the chillers straight away instead of them both gossiping with their friend for ages .This just showed they did not think this was important as they both left the trolley there to find a manager ..could one of them not carried on working whilst the other one went bout like I said they do not think it’s important . I complained to one of the Team leaders as well about their behaviour and hope that they take notice .As a shareholder I am disgusted that they are getting paid for doing nothing and being rude. They need to respect the customers and make sure they act in a professional role and not act like as if they are at school . The customer s bring the money and they should know to step aside to let the customer pick the goods up instead of creating a blockage giggling with an ex colleague for ages . They need training on the importance why meat needs to be in the chiller istraight away instead of left in the trolley .
