   Cannot recommend this company enough. The kitchen from the start of the planning with Mark who really knows his job, and went through everything with us in such detail, then visiting the show rooms with the lovely ladies there to help, nothing too much trouble to any of them Quote and plans back with us when they said they would be and date set. No hidden costs, everything laid out so we knew exactly what we were paying from the off. Fast forward to the 2 weeks of our kitchen being gutted and fitted. Alex thank you so much for managing our project, getting everyone there at the right time (and taking our hall floor up too). Lewis you are just an amazing kitchen fitter and such a nice guy too. Everyone we had dealings with was the same and the room was left as clean and tidy as it could be every night. Within 2 weeks we have our fabulous new kitchen and we absolutely love it. Have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you to everyone of you. Still needs floor on Monday and paint on walls

   We had a fantastic experience with Riverside Kitchens in Warrington and would highly recommend them. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent – great communication, honest advice, and incredibly helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their prices were very fair, and we felt confident we were in good hands throughout. We dealt with Mark, who was brilliant – clear about costs, attentive to every detail, and really took the time to make sure everything was just right. The team also had great partners for our appliances, which made choosing and coordinating everything much easier. A special shout-out to John, our kitchen fitter, who did an outstanding job. His attention to detail was second to none, and he truly went above and beyond – even working on Good Friday and coming back quickly to sort out a minor issue. We couldn’t be happier with the final result.

   I recently had the pleasure of Mark and his team, working on our house and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Mark came out to our home and spent a solid two hours meticulously drawing up plans for our project. We were absolutely blown away by his attention to detail and the clarity he provided throughout the process. What I appreciated most was how he walked us through each step, ensuring there were no hidden costs or surprises along the way. It felt refreshing to work with someone so transparent and trustworthy. Plus, he offered great recommendations for other work we’re planning, which was incredibly helpful! When it came time for the kitchen fitting, we had the pleasure of Lewis. He was absolutely fantastic! Not only was he polite and punctual, but his craftsmanship was top-notch. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The pictures of his work speak for themselves—truly impressive!    I’m really happy with my kitchen from Riverside. They’re all very knowledgeable from design stage to fit stage and they came up with better ideas than other high street kitchen companies. It’s a family business which most of the time makes a huge difference to the customer. Would I recommend them? Absolutely!

   As you can see from the last review aftersales service none existent. Had kitchen fitted 2019 doors on cupboards all blown, no interest from them apart from buy some new ones. 5 year guarantee at Howdens.

   New kitchen fitted after 2020.plinths could not get them to fit even tho we paid over 12 thousands quid had to employ local trade to trade corn doors hanging off requested them to attend nothings this competition takes your money and no after sales service. Don't touch them better off going to wren kitchens you have better chance of less Hassey. They promised the earth but supply notes

   Had a kitchen fitted three weeks ago, left the review for a while so if any issues manifested themselves the review would reflect them. The whole experience was positive, the fitter, Rob, was punctual, clean and efficient. He came back twice to snag a few minor problems, mostly driven by my perfectionist wife. The quality fit and design is excellent, the quartz worktop was provided and fitted by Prestige of Liverpool and went in with no problems at all, the electricians were friendly and efficient although they couldn't sing for toffee and finished off the job without problems Everything, plastering, cabinets, worktops, plumbers, electricians and Riverside were almost faultless, I say almost because the cabinets arrived a day late, but Rob put in the hours to recover the time. I would recommend the company and their sub contractors highly.

   We’ve just had our new kitchen fitted by Riverside Kitchens and feel compelled to write a review on our experience. From our first visit to the showroom ( where we were greatly impressed with the quality of the kitchens on display) to completion of our kitchen we have been exceptionally happy with every aspect of the work carried out by Riverside Kitchens. Big thanks to Mark who designed the kitchen, Steve who fitted the units so professionally, Kelvin who did such a great job with the tiling, electricians who were so helpful and not forgetting Lauren who has been at the other end of the phone with support and advice. All in all, the quality of the work and products has far exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend this company.

   From the excellent showroom staff demonstrating the kitchen carcasses and components to the really nice and professional Designer (mike) and Surveyor (tony) everything about selecting, designing and buying our kitchen was so easy, and not as stressful as my friends told me buying a kitchen would be. Then Lauren looked after me from start to finish, keeping me informed of everything that was happening with the kitchen, from order up to fit. Then the fitter (Chris & his team) fitted our dream kitchen in the allotted time frame and we were able to welcome our family in our new kitchen at Christmas. Thank you Riverside Kitchens, we have an excellent kitchen with some innovative ideas in a tight and awkward spaced kitchen.
