Deliver driver from this restaurant took £30 for a £22 delivery and promised to come back with my change. He never did. This is theft. Called Twice this morning to sort this out on two different numbers and upon hearing my wife's voice pretended to not hear her and hung up.

Nabzys have now forgotten my Gravy 3 times, twice in 2 days, last night being the most recent, they also forgot my can of Tango Mango last night as well, when I called to let them know they said it would be 45 minutes before they could deliver the pot of Graby, by that time my food would have gone cold so I had to go and pick it up, they gave me a second pot of Gravy but that was no good as I only needed the one, I hadn’t realised they forgot a can of Tango Mango until I had got back home from picking the Gravy up! To say i’m pissed off is an understatement, it is ridiculous that this has happened 3 times especially when I order from here as often as twice a week, it is not fair that this has happened so often and I had to then go out to get the item they had forgotten.

First takeaway order in May was impressive. Delivered within 30 minutes. Nicely presented chips and drink came with the burger. Which was tasty and seemed fresh. Slightly dearer. But you don’t mind paying for the quality and care. Second order burgers seemed like they were reheated and the pizza was not the best to be honest. Don’t usually leave food reviews but this time round ordered just the Combo burgers and there was no option for the chips and drink which was in the last order. Still went ahead and ordered the food, wait tonight was about 40mins. No email to tell me the food was on its way and it didn’t refresh on their page to tell me the food was ready and on its way. Not very good at all. The burgers were over done with really hard bits of meat the lettuce was limp and off and they were not nice to eat and were not finished. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again. Which is a shame as we like to support local businesses but the standards have been lower on every order and tonight was not acceptable. Also the burgers were extremely salty.

This was a solid takeaway for dinner, with a bright red and white interior! The counter has all the options on the screens and prices are cheap, staff were approachable to when asked about my order which was served at a solid speed. The chicken tenders were blocky in a way that gives more flavour and the dip really complimented them, fries were tasty too and big portions!

Going for two because the food was great, as always, BUT.... the manager is an absolute disgrace in every sense, beginning with wearing his 'comfs' front of house on a Saturday night, and very shortly followed by his catastrophic failure and ineptitude in handling a fairly simple situation. I have never posted a negative review having worked in the industry myself, this how disgraceful I found him to be. Like I say, food was great and would recommend to anyone, BUT that manager needs more support /training.

Disgusting food! Not only was my takeaway half an hour late. It was cold. The chips taste like they have been warmed up. The garlic bread and cheese has just got loads of cheese on so much so it’s melted off the garlic bread and stuck to the box. The burger was half hanging out of the box. Chicken strips have that much salt on them you can’t eat them and the pizza taste like sweat. £30.50 gone in the bin. Absolute shocked how this place is even opened. First and last time I’ll be ordering
