The worst chicken burger ever! The burger is hard it’s like biting into tendon or cartilage, it’s hard! Came back to complain got another chicken burger and exactly the same. The fillet is tough it’s hard it’s not tender at all. And so bloody oily. Nast nasty burger. This place is dumb just like workers.

Staff were very friendly, place was a bit dirty could do with more often cleaning. But thats not the reason for the low stars, the low stars is because the food quality was very poor, i ordered the hangry chicken burger, the burger was drenched in oil and too spicy, there was no mention of any spice on the menu for this burger, all it said was hot oil. So why it was so spicy that my head was burning i don't know. My friend ordered kartel burger he hated it, he paid £12 and was discusted as it was very oily and very salty, it was so bad that he only had half his burger. The rest he threw away. The chips were ok, they were quite a few burnt but they tasted ok. Overall improvements needs to be made to the food quality. Please fix this brothers. Thank you very much. You are in food capital known as blackburn, it is very competitive market only way to stay in the game is to make good quality food. Please improve thank you
The cartel burgers were on offer so tried them out. Delivery takes a while however it came within the time frame given. These smash burgers themselves were cooked and tasted well enough and good value with their offer on. The problem for me though was that I ended up pulling this white thread out of one of the patties. As shown in the photo. It was too thin to be a hair and more like strand of wool, or thread. It was definitely in the meat as I had to pull it out. But whatever it was, pretty sure its not meant to be in the burger..... bit of a shame but still it's bad enough to put you off.
My go to burger place. The beef is excellent and the service is always spot. High end for burgers but worth the treat every now and then. The burger I got was the Migos double double (x6 ) patties. It's £15 for the meal (skin fries and drink)
Best burgers in blackburn!! Ordered from here a few times now and they never disappoint!! Food is fresh, good customer service and pop smoke milkshake is so good!
The most amazing burger I have ever had in my whole life. The service is fantastic, they go above and beyond to make you comfortable!! The street fries are wonderful, sweet but spicy. Furthermore, the POP SMOKE milkshake is simply amazing. I highly recommend this place. Homey vibes!
Been twice. First time was amazing. Couldn't fault it. A burger meal like no other. Second time chips had changed, and one of the two burgers we got was quiet soggy underneath. Taste was still there but it did spoil it. Korean chicken wings were really nice but needed a little more chili kick to it. Overall this place has so much potential - consistency needs to stay though.
