   Excellent and diverse range of foods from various cultures. Thanks to this store, I am able to get a wide range of Jamaican groceries …hardo bread, bun, patties, plantain, mutton, hake, saltfish, ackee, If they are out of stock, they are always happy to order in for you. I have been a loyal customer for years and grateful that I can avoid shopping trips to the city centre markets.

   Outstanding supermarket, won’t go any where else, I travel to come to this specific shop as they have all the items I need, other big brand supermarkets don’t sell. Wide rage of diversity and availability of products. Family run business, ever so welcoming, polite and friendly, lovely people. Always happy to help customers if need help. Couldn’t fault this shop. Highly Recommend

   I visited this store for the first time on Sunday and I was very shocked by the treatment I received. The lady at the store stared me down my entire time shopping there and then would point or answer dryly when I asked for where a product was kept, so imagine my shock when a different person she probably knew came in and she was friendly with them. The vegetable section was nothing to write home about. The peppers were all spoilt and rotting. All in all a very bad experience. PLEASE AVOID!

   It is our go-to supermarket for all household necessities. The owners of the shop are very helpful ,professional and friendly. Even in times of chaos like these days, the store was kept well stocked and MOST IMPORTANTLY, FAIR PRICING !!!! While most local stores have been charging high prices (absolutely shameful!), Options Supermarket team has been ethical and have been extremely helpful. Definitely recommended as it is better than a lot of local stores. Aunty and Uncle are fun to talk to :)
