   Constant issue with parking outside the shop . For some reason the staff think it is acceptable to block the public parking with traffic cones. Their is a marked loading bay directly outside the shop for deliveries which is clearly fine and you wouldn't park within that, but staff will insist on putting cones outside of the loading bay on public parking area,effectively stopping people from parking and having access to the other businesses on the row . I was in the shop recently listening to one of the staff having a rant infront of customers saying how people shouldn't be parking outside of the shop . I've seen some drivers removing the cones so they could park and then Tesco staff putting them straight back causing another obstruction. I've reported all of this to Wakefield City Council highways department whom I'm told will be intouch with the store shortly as it's not legal to block public parking spaces

   Really need to sort out the sell by dates when ordering with whoosh it's rediculos now ordering a week's shops and most items have only 1 day to consume stop been tight asses and give fresher food for Christ sake

   I don't shop here very often anymore. This is due to the expensive prices due to other supermarkets! And also annoying staff members ( regular for many years). Who would rather keep customers waiting for several minutes while gossiping to other people!!!!.

   Good place. Good hours. There is no fresh cakes section like there is in Swillington but it is quite small. Good staff. helpful and polite.

   Absolutely luvleh shop. Never had such a good meal deal. Such pleasure came from eating said meal deal. Ham snadwich, frige raiders and a luvleh doctor peppa!!!!

   Went in last Sunday 23/10, some great staff and some not so great. Was looking for a can of pop, a girl working there in front of me didn't bother moving for me so went around her, she gave me a steely ice cold glare which was entirely unnecessary. Made a light hearted commented about not wanting to ruin her display, was met with silence and another glare and after she stopped away muttering to herself. I didnt get a name but she looked young and was wearing a shirt and tie of sorts maybe a manager type (why she'd in a position of authority though befuddles me). However asian lad on the till was great. Raised this up a star

   It was OK, had to wait a while as there wasn't anyone on the tills, some staff are quite miserable and unhelpful which is a shame
