   Her on’t till... sweet ^ This was my review from 6 years ago and I’m here to double down on it. Seen some 1 stars but that lass on’t till always sweet. Lovely lass, never not seen her with a smile on her face. 5 stars for her and 5 stars for Sainsbury’s for employing her. Good job

   Lady at till wouldn’t let me purchase cigarettes cause my BRP is not a legal document they use in Sainsbury. How is this possible when a BRP is the form of identification in the UK. Review your policies. It’s pathetic really

   3 tills open, but 2 of the representatives doing something else. People que thinking we can use all 3, but in fact just 1. I add bag for products, place the bag on thr counter, for the products, she adds the products next to the bag. Big que behind, I got to pay, and add the products. I politely ask, why do some employees add them and other don't, she tells me "people might prefer to add the products themselves". That is the most illogical and nonsense response I ever heard. I say that doesn't make any sense, the other employee, asks her, what did he want? Like I was not just sitting there. Very rude and unpractical behaviour. Manager was there too, but fel asleep or something.

   It's not enough appreciated. This store is open longer and before other stores.and the staff are very nice and friendly. They don't get enough credit.nor appreciation for the hours they do.however the proprietor really should and about time one should invest in a knew cleaning vac machine. Plzzz.    Supermarket monopoly store in a small area. Overpriced items which are usually marked down at the end of the day to try to shift stock. Not much choice and some ranges are disproportionate. Constant pestering for nectar cards (despite having shopped their for years out of necessity not choice and I have no interest in getting a nectar card). Oversized articulated truck which ends up blocking the whole entire road causing traffic chaos. Cheap booze attracts drunks from the pub next door. The food prices are so high there are often shoplifters stealing the food! Luckily I have a car so I can go to cheaper supermarkets but many locals arent so lucky.

   I've had a few issues with members of staff that haven't been justified. For example i had my Identification on me but they still refused to sell me cigarette papers and filters.
