   I am absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of one of your security guards. He was blatantly racist and unprofessional. An elderly Asian woman, who clearly did not speak English, was simply looking around the store when he stopped her and accused her of stealing. Instead of showing respect or patience, he harassed her, saying he would “check the cameras,” when it was obvious she had done nothing wrong. This is completely unacceptable. It was racist, it was degrading, and it was targeted at someone vulnerable who couldn’t even defend herself. Your security staff should be trained to protect customers and catch real thieves not to humiliate innocent elderly women. I am angry and deeply disappointed. I truly hope the manager reads this and takes action. You need to hire better people who treat all customers with fairness and respect. If this kind of behaviour is ignored, it says a lot about the values of your store.

   If I could I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. Payed for my order. Turned out it was late then never even turned up. No text or call and no communication. Will never shop at this store again, they don't care about their customers

   I stopped by this shop at 6:30 PM and was told I couldn’t take a trolley inside — seriously? There were still customers shopping, the store was open, and yet I was expected to carry everything by hand. Not exactly what you want when trying to do a quick shop after work. Poor customer service and zero consideration for convenience. Won’t be coming back.

   Shop here often, they have a wide range of stuff but of course the shops not that big, but still got quite alot of stuff in there most new things that come out get brought to this shop so I am greatful I don't have to go further out to get what I need.

   Iceland now opens at 9:00. If you have a passport or photo I'd and over 60 you can get a 10per cent discount on your shopping this is only on Tuesdays. I have a passport for the first time l can now get the discount to.

   entered the store and the staff immediately age discriminated me when i was waiting for my mother to reply back to my text to see if i could be able to use her card because i.needed to buy us bread for the next morning, as i was waiting me and my friends were just sitting or standing i’d rather say by the enterance and the security instantly sent us out while giving us inappropriate and unprofessional manner and accusing us of something serious
