Very friendly staff at reception. Fast and efficient with my collection order. Had to swap a few items, members of staff were very helpful in sorting out new products.

Great produce, lovely easy to shop isles and super fresh fruit/veg.... Not as pricey as is commonly believed. Great staff and a huge selection of everything.

Pleasant store, assistance and atmosphere. Unfortunately on my visit a smelly elderly man with clearly large dollops of feces on his clothes was seated at the entrance. He should have been asked to move outside not be given a chair at which he seated and all shoppers were exposed to for my duration and longer. The site and smell was unbearable. It mired my introductory visit immensely. What is the store policy and duty of store security and managers. Date 7/20/2025 @3pm.... Truly disappointed. Prices were slightly expensive compared to other stores, but produce was good quality in general. Stores customers assistance was excellent. Parking at store carpark was excellent. Unfortunately the highlight of my experience was marred by the elderly man, who needed sympathetic removal.

Waitrose is fantastic for finding exotic fruits (I particularly appreciate them selling seeded grapes ), vegetables, and a great selection of salads. I also regularly pick up my John Lewis and Partners orders here, which is super convenient. The staff are friendly and the store is well kept and very clean I must say. It's such a relaxed environment, though sadly there are no toilet facilities in this Waitrose store. Yes, it is more expensive than other supermarkets, but when it comes to my health and my body, I prefer to pick the best quality that is available and that's why I go for Waitrose. My only feedback is it would be great for them to stock some alkaline water, but this is just me. The quality and variety of products are consistently excellent, making it the place I go to for my regular shopping needs.

Fantastic! Just as great as expected from Waitrose! High quality products, lots of staffed check outs, friendly helpful staff, a pleasure to go shopping here. Sharing lots of pics here, specially when coming from overseas like me, photos helps a lot to give an idea of what we can find in at the supermarkets in another country, how much things cost, so we can be prepared, and it's just fun to see all different products and variety. Enjoy! :) Photos taken September 2023.

A disappointing store - scruffy and dirty. It feels more like a below budget supermarket. It still has the more expensive Waitrose items though. Aldi and Lidl both have smarter establishments!

Top quality produce and things you just don't find in other supermarkets. I always call in for special things such as bread flour, tea / coffee selection, beers and wine, cheeses. There is a good in-store bakery, and a deli counter with cheese and cold meats. There is plenty of parking on site, with easy access to the rest of Harborne high street. There is plenty of disabled spaces and carer/child spaces. You can use the store to collect John Lewis online orders.

Unfortunately I’m not happy with Waitrose butchers section, they didn’t descale my fish properly and also refused to cut the fish. Very odd since I spend at least £400 monthly in Waitrose. I was looked at like what I was saying was crazy. Waitrose needs to make life as easy as possible for its costumers since we spend so much money there. Why should I have to go home an still descale and cut fish. Butchers do all that normally in other places. Anyway please work on that as I’m highly disappointed.

Not big, so don't expect to find everything, but what you find will be the best possible option. All is quality here, even the own brands. So, a great taste experience. Note that what your mouth enjoys usually is not linked to what your wallet enjoys, cheap prices and offers. Overall, very good, not that much varied, and expensive (although there are occasional offers).

We bought some milk for our baby (HIP organic) , and when we got home and put the milk on the selves, then we saw that it was out of date since 27 May 2021. We made a complaint and the only think that they say is “ We are sorry, we will send you a voucher”. Please be aware of what you buy!
