Shelves are empty, delivery food left out and defrosting. Items and stock mislabelled and put in incorrect place. Food it freezers are either damaged or defostered.

Absolutely unreliable and unbelievable incompetence. Delivery has arrived at 8.10pm...msg sent by driver @7.00pm apologising, delivery time given 5 to 7. We had spent nearly £80 on frozen fish that's defrosted and my sons ice cream also has melted... this is NOT acceptable, I will be placing a complaint with the store manager if that makes any difference to how they run this establishment, after all I do not live far, so my delivery was the last to 1 more. I am never relying on this service again. Do I recommend reliability from here No. Do I expect my produce iv purchased to be handled in a safe way and most of all within guidelines Yes, but this has Not been the case. My complaint will go further to the FSA as guidelines and regulations have failed to be implemented and this is not the first time.
I shop at Soho road branch almost everyday staff are friendly always willing to help . Tills run smoothly especially when busy . I would like to give a shout out to a lady that works on the tills I think her name is Hyacinth always has a smile when greeting customers credit to the store .
The staff in Iceland are ok, they just get on with their work, as for the security guard, acts like his a celebrity, l don't honestly see what he does, part from his met and greet at the front of the shop!! How come iceland staff are allowed to speak in their own language!!
Great local store, efficient staff and security guards, in an area that has a lot of issues and challenges. The shopkeepers here, and other teams, some voluntary, continue to do their best within our community.
Great store to get all my essentials. Variety of household groceries. Great prices. Value for money. Always well stocked. Highly recommended.
0 stars if possible Placed an order tonight, obviously before they closed, on uber eats. Iceland accepted the order, uber has sent multiple drivers and one driver just said that they can see him outside and are ignoring him Why accept the order if not going to give it to the driver!
