   High prices and awful customer service. Had to go and find a member of staff to open a till because I was paying by cash. It seemed like there was only one member of staff in the entire store, which can't possibly be safe. I didn't have my clubcard because Tesco Bank is closing down so I'm having to wait for a new one - of course she couldn't just look me up or apply the clubcard discount anyway, so I had to pay even higher prices than the already inflated ones. The only positives were plenty of parking, and the products I did buy were alright. I doubt I'll be back. Even Aldi's better than this.

   I was served by an incredibly rude young woman behind the till today, she couldn't bring herself to interact in anyway and instead of giving me a receipt just leaned round me to see the next customer. She didn't help with my issue with my clubcard, just stood there staring when I said I was struggling with it, it was incredibly awkward and left a nasty feeling. She told me the price of my items and that was it, no acknowledgement of anything I said to her at all throughout the interaction. I know people have bad days but my gosh she looked like she had been sent to work in Tesco as some kind of punishment. I have never had an issue with Tesco before, but then I've also never seen this member of staff before either.

   This Tesco Express store is an excellent option for those who need additional items during their weekly shop or when they run out of essentials. The store’s four-star rating is well-deserved, as it offers reasonable additional charges for items purchased at an express store rather than a full supermarket. The staff members are consistently helpful and friendly, their smiles and demeanour varying depending on the individual employee. The store is always maintained in a clean and well-stocked condition.

   Shop is alright, workers don’t know what they’re doing. Went to buy a drink and got IDd, showed the young lady at the till a valid form of ID and she refused it despite me telling her it is a valid form of ID. Then got nothing but rudeness afterwards. Young girl definitely needs more training since she doesn’t have any idea about the law clearly.

   you need to put the fresh food out FIRST when it arrives, you wonder why half the packets are bloated and food looks horrible, i got some fresh pasta last week when i got home and it was burst open and mouldy, went back to replace it and most of them were like that, went for some chicken today and all that packets were bloated and the chicken looked like it had been left in the sun, sick of having to throw things away or bring them back to replace just use ur brains and put the FRESH FOOD in the fridges first PLZ

   They need to monitoring the numbers in the shop! They need to be asking people to wear masks, pretty much every time I’ve been into the shop, half of the customers don’t wear a mask! I understand it’s difficult for staff during the pandemic and the work they do is admirable, but they still need to social distance from customers as much as they can, which isn’t apparent here. During the first lockdown it felt sort of safe to go into store, it doesn’t anymore.
