   I've only made seven online orders with sainsbury's, and two of them haven't arrived. This last and final order being a week before Christmas. No door knock, no email explaining why my order hasn't shown up, customer services can't get through to the Oldbury store and neither can I. But yes, of course they've taken my money. Money I can't now use in another supermarket until they give it to me back.

   An all fairness I don't know if it's the Oldbury store that's at fault. Basically I placed and collect an order earlyOctober I thought was fine I had no issues so placed another one money deducted from my bank account almost immediately ie 16th October I seem to remember receiving an email confirmation which very unusually has a disappeared Today I decided to chase up my order by phone The first number did not deal with two clothing so I was transferred to the two clothing number Immediately a female spoke very quickly cleaning it was a bad phone line stated a number to quickly which began with 0345 then hung up So I I ran back the original number and said it was about to clothing The man was helpful said that the order had not been taken and that I would receive my money back in my bank account by 24th October Otherwise to take up with my bank Fortunately this order was only for £14 I have learnt a lesson though NO H FUTURE ORDERS FROM ME TWO SAINSBURY'S ONLINE OBVIOUSLY A LOT OF THE STAFF ON THE ONLINE HELPLINE simply cannot cope One of them today hung up in me within about 10 seconds I think Obviously could not cope I was calm did not raise my voice in fact did not have a chance to see very much before she hung up The person before her transferred me to too hard department because apparently it was only her department that dealt with two clothing I do have an nectar and and you Sainsbury's sometimes Online services absolute rubbish They seem to have split this process between themselves and Argos

   Like the layout. Easy to find stuff. Have good offers on clothes. Food is always fresh and good quality. Parking is convenient. Petrol station is on the grounds and good prices. Great location near a retail park and in the town centre. Easy to stop off forr some extra bits or a full shop.

   Sainsburry I was shock when I went to ask about the toilet a woman and a guy say to me the toilet is out of order even am disabled I did not get anyone to help me and also they have people still park car in disability bay very shame to see that.CAN SAINSBURRY SORT THERE TOILET IS OUT OF ORDER DISABLED TOILET AND WOMAN TOILET

   Nice little supermarket, clean store. Friendly staff and and customers service. Easy place to park. Easy to get to. Lots of other shops around to go to if needed. Petrol station there too. Just prefect. We have everything in one place x

   I use this large Sainsbury store on a regular basis probably twice a month it’s handily placed on apps bury ring road both for car users and those using public transport. It’s always well stocked and contains an extensive clothing department and Argos collection department.

   Probably my favourite supermarket chain. I personally find they do the best balance between quality food and good value. Not as flash as M&S or Waitrose, but definitely the best of the rest. This is a great store. I've been coming here for decades and usually do most of my Christmas food shop from here. Also their petrol is usually the best priced local to me, only occasionally undercut by Tesco Extra in West Bromwich. Lots of free parking (two levels of it), and now also has an Argos inside.
