It was fine for a Sainsbury's however most of the customers didn't look very clean, noticeable lack of washed hair and dole poles
Managerial staff happy to unlock locked toilets despite being told its occupied, had two female members of staff walk in on me on the loo and it was beyond embarrassing. Why have locks on toilets if managers are happy to unlock them anyway?
Bonkers, just put some sliced on the shelves. God forbid someone uses the machine with a known allergen and someone with severe allergies then does!
Good sized store with a good selection of fresh , frozen and store cupboard ingredients. The store is based very close to the town and has a reasonably sized car park . A good incentive to shop there when visiting the town.
I can always manage to find what I need, however when I called this evening there wasn't much on the shelves, but I got what I wanted. Never had the need to complain, so keep up the good work

The staff are friendly and are always willing to help. The supermarket is always clean and tidy. During the Summer I sliced my foot which I caught it on a spring that was hidden in the grass at the racecourse. The first aiders were willing to redress and clean my foot.
Have reviewed sainsburys in Otley before and I think I rated it the same 5 stars. Great shop, can find most things that are needed. As of late there has been a few empty shelves but think that’s just the effect of the current situation. Staff are great, kind and courteous. Recommend a vosit
Nice store but needs a cafe! Argos is instore which is good. Nice range of greeting cards, needs more gift wrap....no rolls of wrapping paper?! Nice seasonal products.
