   Fantastic Supermarket with great staff & quality offerings. Okay you pay a little bit more than others but on many things the quality is better (in my opinion) & I am not exclusive to Waitrose

   Clean and pleasant? You must be joking. The men's toilets were hideous and vile. A horse must have used it. The poor overworked young girl on Customer Services said cleaning it up is her job. She'd have needed a bucket and spade. The two under occupied middle aged blokes in the car park chatting and giggling with any woman who could be bothered, should have been checking and sorting this mess. Poorly managed dirty place. Never setting foot in it again .

   Waitrose is a brilliant shop. The staff were ever do helpful. I needed a bath loofah, but they did not have one. They then asked around and worked out another shop, in the village of otley, would have what I needed. Proper service.

   Friendly staff Free coffee as you walk in... You need 'my waitrose app' on phone. Bring your own mug or disposable cup. And a lid. Tea bags available. Why not.... Needs a purchase store items though.

   BEWARE SHORT-DATED FOOD! Recent deliveries have included fruit with 1 day of shelf life remaining, and canned goods in their last month of sell-by date. Repeat, canned goods in their last month of sell-by date. This happens too frequently to be a mistake - it appears to be deliberate Waitrose policy. I have also been charged full price on goods that were on special offer. VERY POOR.

   Friendly staff, well presented store and agreat selection compared to other supermarkets of a similar size. The wine section is especially good, as are the deli counters. Click and collect from John Lewis is also available here.

   Always a great selection of quality food. They have a really nice flower stall set up in the entrance. The staff are ever so friendly and show you to what your looking for, nothing seems to much trouble for them. Great shop, will be going again
