Unprofessional customer service bordering rude. The selection of items is reasonable, long queue for till (only one on) ment aisles blocked by people queuing with large shops. I wouldn’t recommend this store, there are plenty of better supermarkets in the area IMHO

Do not order via uber eats from this place. I had placed an order for just butter which that itself cost me £9. Waited over 2 hours for my order which then had to I ring the store up and they said “you might as well cancel the order” how long does it take to get just butter? BUTTER? Like seriously?? The drivers kept changing too honestly shocking. Even my local co op is better than this.

Overall a good place, it was not busy as it was 06.00am the only niggle I had was the reduced goods. A 41p reduction taken off, the full price item of £3.25, and it was the day best before date too really ! I think it's a area where Asda seriously could look at, by making bigger reductions on out of date produce. Other supermarkets seem to do good reductions on there out of date goods .

Ordered some groceries online and a microwave for delivery on Sunday and late in the day was told microwave out of stock which was urgently needed a friend took us Monday morning early to the store where they had plenty of the one we wanted maybe the order picker couldn't be bothered as is often the case with most things these days quick enough to grab money though then make you wait for refund

It's a nice big store plenty of choice and loads of parking but the main reason I go is for the pharmacy they are brilliant very fast with my prescriptions and very knowledgeable

All staff is ok but a lady staff came in a really rudely manner to us when we were looking at clothes to tell us to put them back on the hangers even though they were not on a hanger. She complained to the manager and lied that we swore to her when we didn't we then complained to the manager, be careful, she knows who she is and the manager knows as well, please teach her some manners (dont want to say her name)

Re 22nd February Myself and my wife decided to shop here and never again. We spent longer in a queue for the till than shopping. The queue was ridiculous . We didn't use self service because we had quite a few items. The problem was that only 1 till was being used and arrived around 5.15 and left just before 7pm. The people in line were so patient but staff kept looking at us smiling. Sadly no urgency anymore and a lack of management assessing their department to ensure customer satisfaction.

Staff are friendly and helpful but the organisation of the store is, I think, awful. There is never anywhere near enough tills open, there is a big shortage of small trolleys and the system of self scanning is only available to customers with a smart phone. This, I feel is discriminatory against elderly people who are more likely not to have such a device.

Went into the Asda yesterday for Prime to be told we’re out of stock but please come early hours to make sure we have some like 5/6am got to the store today, we traveled yet again from Doncaster to be told yes we do have some but we will not serve you until 7am (this was over an hour) from the manager who was really rude and said yes we have some but why didn’t you go to your Asda, I know the drive I do that myself very arrogantly! I had to get back to take my kids to school so could not possibly stay. Wasted getting up at stupid time and wasted money!! All the staff was very polite even the security guard who said I don’t know why he is being so difficult about it, the worst experience I’ve had currently. These would have been a present for my grand children’s Christmas hamper!!

It’s got some good Asda elements like the sushi bar. The store feels really claustrophobic though - aisles are too narrow and too many areas where everyone gets in a jam, such as when you come in through the entrance or move towards the tills. Despite the store cramming in so many aisles there’s an incredibly small toy selection. Some issues like freezer section covered in ice, and mispriced items such as the chewing gum by the self serve checkout where the same product is priced £1 in one stand and £2.20 in another (when scanned it was £1 - it should never have been £2.20, that’s a rip-off)
