   The lady on the self serve on 2/12/2025 7:00pm refused to serve me 4 cans of energy drink and I completely understand why. despite both me - 23 years old and my little brother - 19 years old being old enough for the product neither of us had ID the young lady dealt with the situation in the upmost professional way and explained to us the laws and the reasoning behind her decision. I hold no personal grudge against this lady and entirely agree with her as my brother does look young for his age. Her customer service was 110% and her attitude restores my faith in humanity.

   I was in shopping at 15:50 on sunday not realising what time it was and I was disgusted how staff members spoke to me about shopping near to closing time. The man on the till said they'd shut at this time for 28 years when I apologised for not realising the time, I felt very unwelcome and will not be returning again.

   I have 3 others Aldi's that I live closer to but I choose to drive for 20 minutes to use this one instead. The staff are always pleasant, polite and happy to help, they don't rush you through the checkout like in other Aldi stores I've used., And they respect your shopping and don't throw it around like I have seen in other stores. Would highly recommend this Aldi over any other I have used. Only down side are the new fridges that slide, can create a wait whilst other people are using the opposite one to the one you need.

   Brilliant new store and nice and airy to walk around.new design better than store in chesterfield.will use more often.only issue i have is they should have intergrated entrance to car park off the traffic roundabout as will be awkward when its very busy.
