This review is focused entirely on the Click and Collect service which, unfortunately, feels more like a game of chance than a reliable system. If you roll well, you’ll find an actual parking space, meet friendly staff, and enjoy a quick, smooth experience. But if not, expect parking chaos that leads to arguments, stressed staff (and occasionally rudeness depending on who you get), and a frustrating experience that falls well below par. The main issue is capacity. Trying to serve the whole of Kidderminster with just two collection spaces inevitably causes congestion. I get that the car park isn’t owned by you, but let’s be honest... I’m not the first (and won’t be the last) to raise this. It’s probably time to speak with the council and find a proper fix. It’s a shame, because when it works and you get the right team, the service can genuinely be brilliant. But if you like a risk and a little gamble with your sanity… then Tesco might just be for you.

Came out of the store this afternoon to find a member of your staff (in uniform) photographing my car.I asked him why he was doing it and he said "You're parked too close to my car." Thing is, I was there first, he'd parked next to me, and in such a way it was almost impossible for me to get into my car. He said I "should have parked in the middle of the space" and walked off. I wasn't far off, these aren't very big spaces. I called after him several times but he ignored me. There were dozens of other places for this idiot to park, he just wanted to cause a problem. Well, he's started one. I'll be calling in to see your General Manager during the week to discuss this in greater detail. I want to know why this idiot thinks it's ok to effectively block customers in. I guarantee it isn't the first time he's done it, I'm going to make sure it's his last.

Came in for a pre-booked £90 covid vaccine. Whilst the pharmacist and assistant were very helpful and pleasant I was disappointed to see the assistant who took my blood pressure had grubby fingernails and the consulting room needed a deep clean. The floor was dirty, the plug sockets dusty and the door and waste bin had sticky sellotape residues where signs had been removed. The wash basin tap was scaled up. It was more like a stock cupboard than a consulting room. Shame on you Tesco!

The store was fine. The cafe was also very nice. What wasn't so nice was when a young man (whose name I later learned was Jamie) who worked at the store walked through the cafe and out the emergency door, setting off the ear-splitting alarm. Without so much as a backwards glance as the alarm blared out, he went out and sat on the bench in his Tesco coat and hat along the side of the cafe for his break. The alarm made it difficult to enjoy our food, and I saw several other people quickly finish and leave. After what must have been 10 minutes or more, various store employees attempted to figure out the alarm and failed. A couple of intrepid souls put their hands over the speaker but soon got tired and wandered off. No sign of any security people, although they were right around the corner, so I guess we now know what door to use with any purloined produce... After perhaps 15 minutes, someone came along and shut off the alarm. Jamie finished his break and went back in via the front doors. Were I in charge, Jamie would be awarded a permanent break. And I would make sure more than one person in the entire store could cancel the alarm.

Shopping on a Friday evening at peak time and joined the queue at one of only two staff assisted tills that were open at 17:45. The queue for the customer assisted tills was huge! I was 5th in the queue for my till with eventually six customers behind me. The woman manning my till was excellent, working as quickly as possible to try to keep things moving along as best she could. No calls were put out for extra staff to checkouts. (The colour code would have been crimson red!) It took us 15 minutes to get to the conveyer belt to start to unload our shopping. I had two trolleys of shopping and people around me had bulging trolleys also. One other positive point is that all the empty tills in the photograph were left very clean and tidy! Will have to give serious consideration to using the big money off shopping vouchers that Sainsbury's have just popped through my letter box!!

What a great store. More products seem to be on display now at competitive prices, and great staff. Security (who are probably outsourced) are very friendly and helpful too all but one that use to be at the Stourport store who in my opinion is over familiar and likes to pass crass assuming and un professional opinionated assumptions judging by the remark he made to me last time I shopped here, then denied to management he’d said anything at all when pointed out, and that he’d had previous issues with me which are totally untrue to make himself look good. Hopefully he does not work there very often. He has been reported to head office anyway. Such a shame he lets his fellow security colleagues down and a great store.

Just lately the main Tesco's doesn't seem to have much stock . I did find that this week was better than last week. But OMG the prices of some of the products and produced is getting so expensive. But the staff are mainly very friendly and helpful. Also the staff and the Tesco's Pharmacy are really good

Unhappy with having to go online at parktoshop to register parking. If your system does not work parking should not be monitored. No idea if these cowboys at parktoshop will try to charge me so keeping receipts.

Nice big store. Lots of parking, don't forget to validate your ticket if you park more than an hour.

Great supermarket. Good prices, easy parking. Always had a good experience. Located in centre of town but easy to get to and probably has the best choice of food and drink in the town.
