“Have had a pair of their voyage men’s walking shoe for 10 months Used everyday for dog walking they are really comfortable and been completely waterproof throughout They did however develop a small split where the toe bends Like I said these shoes have taken a beating! I actually went down to purchase another pair but asked how good there 12 month guarantee was, The manger said no problem swap them! So friendly and I thought they wouldn’t swap them because they had had so much use but great! Top marks mountain warehouse.”

“Great conventient shop and post office. I require an assistance dog but also have a puppy both cockapoos which they allow in with no hassle. Always polite asking after mine and the dogs health. Never any problem if I question a price. And once when i forgot to pick up a pack of tobacco when i went back a questioned if i had left it or dropped it on way out they replaced it no question.”

“It’s not often that I write reviews, I'm probably one of those that just expects good service, however dealing with Worcester Timber Products I felt compelled to leave a review as their service was nothing short of 5 gold stars. Ordered a number of fence panels and left a special instruction asking if I could get them by the weekend. I got the automated reply to say thanks for the order it will be 7-10 days. Long story short I got a second email to say I would get them the next day which was less than 24 hours which tells me someone read my request. The team where extremely courteous when they dropped them off and ther went above and beyond by placing them where I needed them, not just dumping them at the gate like so many companies do.
