   Great conventient shop and post office. I require an assistance dog but also have a puppy both cockapoos which they allow in with no hassle. Always polite asking after mine and the dogs health. Never any problem if I question a price. And once when i forgot to pick up a pack of tobacco when i went back a questioned if i had left it or dropped it on way out they replaced it no question.

   Just been in to the shop. Never again ! Lady at counter (older woman) added money onto two of my items, charged me "grocery 89p" and then insisted on a bag i didn't want for which she also charged me. When I challenged the charges as they differed from what was advertised ,she said "special prices" then started to shout at me ! This woman is always rude but never have i been shouted at in a shop before. I was perfectly polite so there was no reason for her outburst. The shop also smelt strongly of a fishy smell, all in all , a terrible shop. There is a man and a woman who are always nice but the rest of the staff are a disgrace.

   Bought milk from here yesterday, as it was the only place close open at the time. The milk was off. Probably because it was warm as the fridge it's being stored in isn't the correct temperature for a fresh produce/dairy. Absolutely disgusting. Will be contacting trading standards.

   Rude staff. Items in shop out of date. Pulled three things off the shelf. All the fridges are broke. Brought milk opened it and was off due to no fridges. Women behind the till needs to learn how to smile and talk to her customers. Over priced aswell. Avoid

   Pleasant store with polite and courteous staff. Always fully stocked with a good variety of items that other supermarkets do not have. Good to see all staff and customers wearing masks. Would recommend.

   Post office lady very polite and helpful. But uncomfortable in the shop as only one other customer wearing a mask. All others of various ages maskless?! Shant be using again for a while. My purchase has been extra sanitised!

   Used this Nisa/Post Office to pick up a Royal Mail delivery at 5:45pm. There was a large queue at the till for groceries and someone had just smashed a bottle of wine so the store was pretty chaotic at the time. After waiting a short while for someone to serve me at the Royal Mail till, I was told that the till had been closed. At which point I said I'd previously picked up deliveries from here after 6:00pm with no problem. I was then told that there was no one in the store that could serve me. The employee then attempted to serve someone else who was looking to buy groceries. I interjected and told the customer what was happening. I was told to knock on the Staff Only door and ask for the Manager. I told the Manager what had happened and he came and served me with no questions asked. I even heard the Manager ask the employee why he'd told me that the Royal Mail till had been closed. Eventually got my parcel, but took far more hassle than you would typically expect.

   Bought a bottle of wine for £4 and asked to pay £5. After stating it was a £4 wine I got a pound back. They obviously tried to fool me. I would not recommend it. Be careful!
