Very poor customer service. Contact store with a query your met by rude arrogant and abrasive staff who insist your in the wrong, avoid this branch at all costs, staff are very rude and their online behaviour is worrying too, avoid this store and staff
Well stocked. Nicest staff. I remember the first time going and I picked out random strawberries. They looked at them, told me they were damaged and picked out nicer ones for me. It was so unexpected!

Absolute mess of a store, stock strewn everywhere, outdated promotions and incorrect labels.Harassed by security and a manager named Steven who is an embarrassment to the whole company not an ounce of professionalism all round. My partner and I were bullied out of the shop, and at this point they turned on their cameras after already being incredibly rude . Do not go here if you look any different, have any disabilities or anything that separates you out. Highly discriminatory. Their excuse was that they had a lot of shop lifters, if you can’t stop them in such a small shop your in the wrong job, and scaring customers away is not the answer

Really like the new bike racks outside the store. Staff really friendly. Noticed a few gaps in stock recently, suffering like most retailers
They don't sell doughnuts because they don't have a bakery on site - this is the explanation I received from one of the staff. Well, I'll have you know that Tesco Express across Abbeydale road don't have a bakery either, but that doesn't stop them from selling doughnuts. Poor, poor excuse.
As a local store should have less cheap branded product & more actual food, why is the crisps & sweets area twice size of fresh? supermarkets should consider the local demographic more & take feedback.
Unlike Tesco’s Local down the road, this local shop doesn’t have one-way lanes. Nor does it offer anti-viral wipe down of baskets. The staff are fantastic - all working so hard to keep the shelves full. In particular, there’s a guy called Steve who is really helpful.
