   Staff are fine, the building clearly needs demolishing and starting again. The whole place is filled with leaks, badly designed shopping experience when youre in and an even worse designed car park. One to avoid if you have the choice. Sorry Sainsbury's, but its certainly not one of your finer examples!

   Convenient shop, good selection and helpful staff, shame about the roof. There must be more holes in the roof then there is actual roof. I got dripped on walking around the shop.

   Can’t find anyone to speak to at the store. Today there were no ice cream products due to the freezer being broken! - AGAIN. There were numerous plastic boxes around the floor of the store collecting water from the leaking roof AGAIN. The store is becoming increasingly SHABBY. The staff are fed up of fielding complaints. The whole shopping experience has deteriorated in the last 2 years. This is a very busy store at the heart of the community, why are the management allowing this to continue?

   Local, convenient, staff are generally helpful and pleasant, though often a little younger than in the larger store in town, and thus a little more chatty with one another and sometimes a little less keen to engage than the more mature staff in town.

   The staff is rude, they will profile you and send the security to follow you around if they don’t like you. And if you express how uncomfortable you are with the situation and that you have money to pay and would never shoplift they will scream at you and humiliate you a little bit more. It’s horrendous.

   Ordered something on Argos went to collect it from the Sainsbury's store the assistant was marvellous my wife is disabled and the assistant couldn't do enough for us as I myself have health issues she carried goods to the car for us and was really helpful I would like to thank her for her many kind services much appreciated Peter
