I already bought groceries here and they charged me twice for bread. I called the hot line but they declined. It was too busy to check the receipt immediately and then when I found out, I could not do anything except calling them without response. It was ~£2 only but feeling frustrated with no support from Tesco.
Staff are always friendly. I’d suggest whoever puts together the rota thinks of when local match days are. The lad there on his own today was great, but snowed under with customers. I know times are tight, but give the staff more support. You have the net profit to do so
Absolutely appalling service at this Tesco Express. One of the self-service tills was stuck on “call for assistance” and not one member of staff helped. A man was doing his full shop at another self-checkout and the queue was building, yet the staff stood around chatting and ignoring everyone. I eventually walked out and left my shopping behind. To make matters worse, I overheard some shockingly homophobic remarks between staff. It is unacceptable in any workplace, especially one that serves the public. The staff showed no interest in helping customers or even looking up to see if anyone needed assistance. No tills were manned, no urgency, no respect. I will be taking my money elsewhere. Tesco should be ashamed of how this store is run.

Never have I visited such a fantastic shop, the staff are so helpful. Sharon's always a laugh, part timer Raja sometimes goes on the till and Charlie can always be relied on. Never a dull time in that shop.
I went in to the sharrow store this morning and was assisted by a lovely lady called Sharon who helped me find what I needed as I couldn't find the items I wanted. all the other members of staff I saw while I was there was also very polite, very good customer service.

Came here at 9:30pm on a Friday night and it was closed. Says its open til 11pm on the store front and online. I need my groceries to be able to exist. Fuming
Staff over there was worst ever I have seen I went to tesco on 4th of nov where to buy some gift cards where I Paid them using my Indian international debit card after my amount getting debited thy refused to give the item and also thy said u will get refund in next 24hrs where its been 4days I didn’t get any reap once from the tesco staff it was 50 pounds vouchers Worst experience by the shift leader :-*_CHARLIE_* And the person who served me *_IAN_* Even single start for these guys doesn’t make sense
You’ll find staff having a chit chat stocking shelves whilst there’s a queue at the till. No clear queue system between the tills and kiosks. Parking facilities are not good as it is but is made worse during morning commutes when a delivery truck is blocking the car park.
