Worst place to be given as delivery point for collect plus etc. Its the 3rd time they have rejected to receive the item as a collect plus delivery location as I can't receive them at my home due to being away for work. Rude manager /owner. Utter disappointment.

They advertise as click and collect on eBay. This is rubbish. They sent my parcel back 3 times when it was being delivered. Don't advertise something you do not offer. Has caused such an inconvenience tying to get the parcel redelivered to another click and collect point.
