    The money for the deisl is great cheap compared to any where eles where i live but I went down tonight to fill my car as online said it was open till 12 midnight and it was shut at 10:50pm and hour and 10 minutes early

    The closing time needs to be changed from 12:00 midnight to 11: 52, as this is the actual time they are closing.

    Its alright for petrol and small items of food ,Drinks etc a good selection for most.. Slight downside is parking only small and annoying that some people park in the No parking Yellow Zone making it a bit awkward in getting out ..

    I wish there was an option to leave zero stars. Sarah is one of the rudest, most disgusting employee I have ever come across. I simply queued in the wrong place, and was then made to feel embarrassed and upset at her shouting at me in front of the whole store. Sarah requires a lot more training, should she be in a customer facing role. There are no clear signs to state where the queue is, I have never visited this store before so how am I to know? After telling Sarah this, I was replied to with ‘stand there then’ in the most abrupt disgusting manner. Needless to say I left the items and left the store.

    I don’t ever leave reviews but I just want to praise the manager and staff member working on Monday 6th September 2022 at around 8pm. A group of friends and I got lost around the area whilst travelling from birmingham to Nottingham, i was absolutely desperate to go to the toilet and this Tesco was the closest one with a fuel station. I went in and was greeted warmly by the cashier whom I asked if they had a toilet, she advised that there was not a public toilet for customers however a McDonalds was close by. I thanked her and was about to walk back with my sad face when she said she’d ask her manager. I was so surprised that she was actually willing to help me without me asking again; I said please and briefly explained how we were lost due to poor navigation. A manager then came out, he was super friendly and without me saying anything he led the way. I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER TO SEE A PUBLIC TOILET! As I left the manager asked me if I would be ok getting back and honestly this purely made my day happier. I thanked them profusely and it made me realise what good customer service is. It was genuinely the most welcoming Tesco’s I had ever been to and Tesco definitely needs more staff like these two. The staff here were willing to quickly assist me with the most amazing customer service without even knowing if I would even buy anything from their store. They welcomed me as a human and not a customer which felt so good, I wish I had gotten their names :(

    Fuel prices often a few pence dearer than everywhere else. Generally a quick and efficient service providing the tills are staffed according to demand. The shop has a wide selection of groceries

    Petrol is expensive for the area although that's what I've come to expect from Esso. The Tesco express is a good size with a large range. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Would have been 5 star but the fresh fruit and veg fridge unit always seems to be broken which is what I usually go in for!

    OK use it for petrol station also useful if you have forgotten something that you may have missed when you're been shopping, also be aware parking can be a bit of a problem at times. Only problem two of the pumps are card only payment at pump so be aware which pump you are using.

    Worst fuel station in Staffordshire Staff are miserable You buy fuel then have to queue for half an hour behind people doing a weekly shop. Why there can't be a separate till for people who are actually using it as a petrol station is beyond me Do not visit if you need fuel from this petrol station,unless you like looking at the back of someone's head for 30 minutes with 4 bags of shopping
