“Amazing service, friendly staff, my car was cleaned inside and out which was a nice surprise. This was the 2nd garage car was taken to to resolve a knocking sound and they fixed it first time, very knowledgable, would highly recommend .”

“The large forecourt accommodates more than 14 cars , seven of which can be fuelling simultaneously. Diesel and petrol is available and the pumps have long reach hoses so it is possible to park on either side of them. Payment at the pump or at the kiosk is offered. In fact the kiosk is a small shop where snacks and drinks can be purchased. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the service is very efficient. An automatic car wash is located on the site but it is not always operating. The one-way system works well but care should be taken exiting the forecourt as there is a service road adjacent which also joins the main road. As it is a Sainsbury's garage Nectar Points can be collected.”

“The fuel here is good quality much perfer Sainsbury's fuel to any other fuel stations, only thing I'd say is number 1 and 2 pump doesn't seem to let me fill my tank to the top as keeps clicking very early, all the other pumps are excellent and I'm still giving 5 stars because the fuel is good, shop is good and the staff are always helpful and friendly”

“It's placed in an excellent location, just by the centre of town, and near the ring road, especially if you're shopping at Tesco Superstore. The prices are generally known, as being the cheapest in the area, by the locals, and it's handy for quick visits too, as you have the option to pay at the pump, rather than visiting the kiosk. It's especially handy during the night when the kiosk is unmanned, as you can still fill up, without any staff being there. Another bonus, is the option to press the amount of fuel, you require, before filling up, and you can also use your clubcard too, to collect those extra points.”

“Easy to use with pay at pump. Really close to the motorway so often use this instead of filling up and paying the higher prices on the motorway.”

“Been here for numerous repairs and jobs on my car. Always been reliable and very cost effective. They definitely know what they’re doing and the price and quality of labour is unmatchable. “Dwayne did a fantastic job valeting and detailing my R56 Cooper S convertible. From the start he was communicative, friendly and clear on the work to be done. He turned up on time on the day of the booking with professional equipment and got to work immediately - 5 hours later the car looked 10 years newer. The canvas roof is back to a deep black, the leather seats have regained their supple texture, and the exterior paint has been corrected to a reflective polish. I would certainly recommend Williamsons and will use again.”

“Most of the staff are lovely, some are a bit funny to deal with but all round lovely people! It’s good for what you need obviously not for a big shop. Wish they had the southern fried chicken sandwich (it’s really good) otherwise a good selection on sandwiches. Security is good they especially on nights! They have new pay machines but it would probably help stopping the queue get so long if they weren’t just card only.”

“I don’t ever leave reviews but I just want to praise the manager and staff member working on Monday 6th September 2022 at around 8pm. A group of friends and I got lost around the area whilst travelling from birmingham to Nottingham, i was absolutely desperate to go to the toilet and this Tesco was the closest one with a fuel station. I went in and was greeted warmly by the cashier whom I asked if they had a toilet, she advised that there was not a public toilet for customers however a McDonalds was close by. I thanked her and was about to walk back with my sad face when she said she’d ask her manager. I was so surprised that she was actually willing to help me without me asking again; I said please and briefly explained how we were lost due to poor navigation. A manager then came out, he was super friendly and without me saying anything he led the way. I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER TO SEE A PUBLIC TOILET! As I left the manager asked me if I would be ok getting back and honestly this purely made my day happier. I thanked them profusely and it made me realise what good customer service is. It was genuinely the most welcoming Tesco’s I had ever been to and Tesco definitely needs more staff like these two. The staff here were willing to quickly assist me with the most amazing customer service without even knowing if I would even buy anything from their store. They welcomed me as a human and not a customer which felt so good, I wish I had gotten their names :(”

“A large very well stocked Tesco express store in Olton with friendly and profession staff. This store has a petrol station and sells everything from flowers, milk, bread and all day to day items. This store sells seasonal items at different times of the year such as Easter eggs and Christmas items ect. You can get any day-to-day items in this store and I would recommend visiting this store if your if your in the area.”

“Visited on Saturday 18th October 25. Was assisted at the scan and go as we were having problems by assistant Angela Jones. She was pleasant and polite and soooo help I’d like management to know of this and pass on our compliments. Even giving us advice on Asda’s new exceptional products. We had some in our shop as well. A credit to the company !”
