I’ve been coming to Chaiiwala West Ealing regularly for around three years, and it has genuinely become one of my go-to spots. Even though Chaiiwala is a franchise chain, this particular branch feels very personal because of the amazing staff. The service is always friendly, welcoming, and consistent, no matter how busy it gets. A special mention has to go to Jay — he knows exactly what I’m going to order as soon as I walk in, which really says a lot about the level of care and attention here. It’s rare to get that kind of personal service these days, and it’s what keeps me coming back. The drinks are always made well (especially the vegan chai), the atmosphere is relaxed, and the team clearly take pride in what they do. If you’re in the area and want great chai with genuinely excellent customer service, this place is well worth a visit.

I recently had a lovely experience at the Chaiiwala branch in West Ealing, and I just had to share! I went for their Full English Breakfast, and wow, it really was something special. It comes with chicken sausages, lamb bacon, masala beans, a masala omelette, and hash browns. The flavours were amazing—definitely a unique twist compared to the typical Full English! Also, I chose the Large Karak Chai, which was also fantastic. It had that perfect blend of spices that made each sip delightful. A big shoutout to Habib for the wonderful customer service! His friendly smile made the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend checking out Chaiiwala if you’re in the area. You won't be disappointed!

Habib who met us at the till was lovely. Great customer service and looked after us with tasters of each tea. Cake was soft and spongey not dry. Would recommend for an evening catch up with friends

Food is good here, no complaints about food quality. But the staff service is very appalling. They don’t even bother to wipe the tables with spillage and crumps. Plates are cleared from the table but waitress won’t even wipe the table. I indicated the waitress, can you please clean the table. She didn’t even bother to look at me. Second time when she came back, i told her again, all she did was bought the blue roll. but tea stains were still on the table. She went back for the third time to the kitchen and got the spray, did 5 second wipe. Tea stains were still visible. Finally I told waitress, give me the spray and blue roll, I will clean it myself. Staffs seriously need more training on how to clean the tables properly. Tables are not cleared in timely manner. While I was having my meal, another group of customer came and they literally have to clear the table themselves. I think they should just create a clearing station, leave alcohol wipes on the station, leave a note “Dear Customers, Please clear and clean the table for yourself.” Absolutely Appalling service I have provided with all the details. Please don’t ask me to copy paste everything again. Review was posted on the same day.

Right before the food, can I just give 5 stars to the service. The lady behind the kiosk had been welcoming, friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the “going extra mile” attitude. Ealing community was screaming out for a desi asian touch. Chaiiwala are happy to oblige with great food and amazing karak chai, every sip is a pleasure and a remembrance of home with beautiful rustic surroundings. Great job guys!

I kept hearing how amazing Chaiwala is so we gave it a go! Yes the food was tasty but somehow I thought it would be much better than that. I must say it was very salty so have some water at hand. The portions aren't huge which is good so you can share and try different dishes. My favourite snack had to be paneer tikka. I would definitely go back there but not in a hurry, as there are many other places which aren't popular as Chaiwala, that offer similar dishes as delicious and less pricey!

After such a long time I had such an amazing masala chai (authentic indian tapri type). The breakfast was amazing- chhole, paratha and cheese omlett. Loved the food. The only thing to watch out is that they use refined flour for Parathas which makes it even more unhealthy. If you are going for taste, this is your place.
