   always love the drinks, the peach iced tea was really refreshing but the hot drinks are also lovely when it’s a little chilly outside. no matter what time of year it is there’s always a nice fitting drink !

   We had been there for a drink that we didn’t know the name of, so we asked the guy working there. He told us a few names and we picked one. When we realised that the drink was not what we had in mind, we decided to order another drink instead. Obviously, we didn’t ask for a refund or anything because we had chosen the first drinks ourselves. However, when we asked if we could get two more drinks, he rolled his eyes. When I asked which one had dried strawberries, he said “Strawberry Chiller” with a tone that clearly implied, “I already told you”. He was very rude. He then went inside and came back out to say they had run out of strawberry syrup, which didn’t seem very realistic to us. If he doesn’t like working there, he simply shouldn’t.

   Really disappointing experience. I waited 20 minutes for 1 cappuccino with one person in front me at 12.30 today. Watery coffee arrived in the wrong size cup. Only after manager arrived queue started moving. People behind us that ordered teas and some food were served before us. This experience left me and lady before me fuming. I drink cappuccino only on special occasions. Today's cappuccino was special for the wrong reasons! I would like to have a refund Costa.

   My favourite Costa and almost on my doorstep so I can walk there. Best coffee outlet on the retail park. Staff are fantastic and take great pride in their customers' enjoyment of the Costa goodies on offer. There are the occasional queues because it is small (but so good its worth the wait). The loo situation is not great, but that's down to Next not the Costa staff!

   Ordered food and coffee. Went to sit down, there was not one free table cleared and cleaned. Spilt milk on floor tables unwiped. Really a very unpleasant experience.

   A smaller Costa than others. Service was pretty slow and they had no vegetarian sandwiches considering it was pre-Xmas and busy with shoppers. Toilets were very unclean. Sorry wouldn't recommend.

   Slow service even taking into account they were busy. Saw a gingerbread latte advertised behind the counter and it looked good so I ordered one. It came to me with coffee and cream all slopped down the sides of the glass and no gingerbread man. When I protested I was told bluntly that there's a supply problem with the gingerbread men! So why didn't she tell me when I ordered it then? So I ended up with a lukewarm sticky glass without the gingerbread man that is there on the big poster behind the barrista! Waste of my time and money. Won't be back.
