   Really sorry this place has closed. Thank you to everyone who served here; you were lovely. I’m sad that I did not get the chance to thank you in person and annoyed that the closure was without any warning to regular customers; we and the staff deserved better.

   The coffee isn’t 100%. The view of the chairs is unpleasant. Is it possible that Starbucks doesn’t have a steam vacuum? Also, the coffee didn’t taste as good as usual. It seems they don’t spend much on cleaning the coffee machine or maintaining general cleanliness.

   Really bad service at this branch of Starbucks. 3 members of staff behind the counter more interested in their chatting and laughing than serving customers. 2 medium cappuccinos were ordered: one large and one medium were left on rhe counter. Staff did not bother calling out customer's names so coffees were not hot when we finally collected them. Premises was not that busy so no excuse for dreadful lackadaisical service. Also toilets were pretty disgusting- not clean and foul smelling - so bad in fact that I deemed them unusable.

   Corporate needs to get over there. First off, the barista poured the hot shots OVER my iced drink. So, the entire top of my drink was basically an Americano over milk. NOT a latte. So I had her make it again, and went to put some milk in it, because I like a weak latte, but BOTH their milk canisters were empty. I needed a napkin, and no napkins!!! My friend asked for a London Fog, and they didn't know what it was. So she asked for an Earl Grey latte and they gave her PLAIN BLACK TEA. I also asked for my bottle to be filled w/ ice water, and I guess they think 'ice' means an ice cube? I know Europe doesn't think the same of ice as we do in the US, but does this look like there's a single piece of ice in the water?! Not Starbucks standards =/
