The shop is well stocked with lots of choice the staff are friendly but it's biggest let down is lack of open tills there is only ever one till open. Last week I stud in a line right down the isle with one till open. It's a retail park and staffing is a joke

Mums get robbed at Iceland. Few of the multi deals went through at the till. Did me out of £7.85! Too busy to sort out.
Cheap prices especially on Tuesdays for OAP's, they get an extra 10% off.
Decent prices, quality is good on most things. Stocksbridge store staff are lovely and friendly
Love Iceland. One of the young girls on the tills and lad are great. Couple of the older staff on the floor could do with a bit of politeness and good customer service training in this branch. Overall a well stocked shop. Could do with selling decaf Nescafe sachets though and putting the apple/orange juice back to 3 for £3, not 1.19 each. Since they upped the price I buy my not from concentrate from lidl for 89p which tastes better too.
This is my local store where I go to get my slimming world ready meals. There is, however, always new things being stocked which means I could lose a good few hours of my life making sure I don't miss anything! Their frozen haddock fillets (12 pieces for £10) are really good quality.
Great to have this in fox valley, friendly staff, good quality food and good on price, would recommend Iceland!
