   Nice cafe, clean and cosy. It closes at 19:30, although after 17:00 some of the staff give the impression that you’re a burden if you stay. They start bringing in the outdoor tables and chairs, inside turning stools and chairs upside down, and cleaning and mopping as if they were closing in the next half hour.

   Without exaggeration, the best Black Americano I’ve ever had has been from this Starbucks. For the past three years, I’ve been getting my coffee here at least once a week, and every single time it’s had that same rich and refreshing taste. I’ve tried Starbucks in other branches and even in other countries, but none have matched the freshness and perfect flavor I always get here. The team here is also amazing — friendly, welcoming, and they always know exactly what I want. I’ll really miss you guys!

   While a few staff members were friendly, I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. A new barista was preparing the coffee, and unfortunately, it turned out watery and tasteless. When I politely asked for more milk and coffee to improve the flavor, I was told to be clearer next time. I don’t believe this was fair, as the issue wasn’t a lack of clarity—it was simply that the coffee didn’t meet the usual Starbucks standard I’m used to. This was my first time requesting an adjustment, and I made the effort to come out of my way for this. Sadly, I left feeling disappointed

   I have been coming here for years. The guys are always efficient and friendly. One barista with blonde hair keeps customers waiting because she gossips especially with one brunette customer. On three occasions, she wasn’t serving or taking orders but was having a conversation knowing people were waiting to order. One of the topics was about ‘losing weight’!!. This attitude lets the other team members down and is inconsiderate to customers who are blatantly ignored.

   I visit here regularly and sometimes come here to do some work on my laptop too. The atmosphere is lovely. It is a bit loud - it is a coffee shop! But I wear headphones most of the time so this doesn’t bother me. It’s child and dog friendly and I often bring my pup with me and he can get a pup cup. I wish there were more food options and more outdoor seating available. I do recommend ordering on the app, even when in store, because it saves you from waiting in line and it gets you Starbucks points on the app.

   Most of the workers are constantly coughing and not wearing masks, and it's covid and flu season! But I turned a blind eye to this until I discovered that I myself was infected, and I have no doubt that this happened in your store, even though you will tell me that this cannot be proven. But why do you allow sick employees to serve customers? Why doesn't the manager care that employees are potentially dangerous to customers, especially from risk groups? Terrible service.

   This Starbucks has issues with staff which it’s keep changing all the times and with due respect for all ladies I should point that the some of them which work in here appearing to be weird with Piercing on their faces and tattoos on there arms, however Endri and blonde lady’s which it’s from turkey are fabulous and working very hard on this place.
