   This was supposed to be a their Caramel Whipped Latte. I’ve had whipped lattes from other Costa branches before, during the summer and they were amazing but this was awful. It’s not whipped at all. It was just a watery, milky drink with ice cubes thrown in. So disappointing. I had to throw it in the bin.

   The two ladies serving were horrible and very unfriendly, they got my order wrong and blamed me when I clearly said coconut milk not oat as I have an allergy, didn’t even receive a sorry. Management please review your staff one was a blonde European lady and the other a brunette.

   Cosy. Clean. Good location and view. Not noisy as much as others. Outside seating. Lots of electricity sockets for laptop holders. Easy to park in front of Double Tree hotel (2 time slots restricted). I like it.

   Went here to order 2 toasties there was a colleague called Rama/jama I can’t remember. They didn’t speak v nicely to a colleague was quite snippy and rude. He also made a point to keep saying to customers he hadn’t worked there before and it was his first at the location. Which is fine but it came across my so as an excuse to be like oh I can’t help you.

   An average costa which unfortunately is right next to a Starbucks so will always draw comparisons between the 2. Main reasons why I would prefer to go to Starbucks is (1) Starbucks has open Wi-Fi which isn’t password protected and (2) Starbucks has more discreet seating to work whereas Costa is more all together. If you looking got a quick typical Costa coffee this place is as good as any, if you look it’s for a place to kill 30 minutes - rather go to Starbucks.
