Pretty little tea shop right next to the river serving decent enough coffee and tea. However, the staff are incredibly rude particularly the manager who gives every customer a dirty look up and down. She orders the other waitresses arounds and is generally snappy and unpleasant. Whilst she might "rule the roof" she does not make customers feel particularly welcome which is a shame...The coffee is ok but nothing special and the same can be said for the tea. Its a shame but there are plenty of other nice cafes within steps.

Lovely coffee/tea house with variety of teas to choose from. Their matcha latte is worth to try !

We had the afternoon tea and it was soooo delicious. Nice place and friendly people, too.

This cozy tea house is located on White Hart Lane near Barnes, about a 10 mins walk from the train station. They have plenty of seating, including outdoor options, and the atmosphere is pleasant. They offer a variety of cakes and pastries. I ordered their cream tea set with English breakfast black tea. The scones were delicious and still warm when it arrived at the table, which was a nice touch!! The only downside was that after just a minute of looking at the menu, the staff were quite eager for me to place my order, leaving little time to explore the different types of tea. I had to rely on their recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience and a tea house worth recommending. Next time I visit, I’ll try other pastries!

Maybe the staff can try to smile and be a tad more welcoming - I appreciate sometimes things can get busy, but all the staff were actually very miserable and in fact makes the ambience feel rather hostile, which is a shame as the visit was a treat to a visitor to the UK and I chose this venue. And suggest you offer with a smile a takeaway box for the food to be taken away in - which I know are used for other takeaways from your venue.

Warm and cosy interior but the manager is harsh and domineering. While choosing my drink the manager felt it was appropriate to berate an employee behind the bar. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable for both staff and customers. The other staff were friendly. My drink was good but I can't say I would go back to such a hostile environment.

Went for an afternoon tea and the staff was the highlight of the afternoon. They were super kind and helpful. There was a wide selection of teas which is a strong side of the cafe. I had the gluten free option for the afternoon tea, yet the main issue was the bread. There was nothing special with the sandwiches, while the bread tasted like store bought, the feeling was a bit basic and bland with not much to offer. I was unable to eat the cakes/scone as they were too sweet and dense, respectively. It was an okay experience and would not come back. Mainly because you achieve a similar experience at home or buying a meal deal and a store bought cake.

There are vegan dessert options, breakfast and lunch as well. One of the good cafe in Barnes. I tried oat milk Flat white, raspberry peanut ball and vegan burger were very well.

So delicious! The atmosphere is beautiful and the cream tea option is easily split between two people - a large pot of tea, cream, sugar, two scones, clotted cream and fresh strawberry jam. AMAZING.
