   We use it as a local shop. Great for a local shop. Not really the place for a full on food shop. Good if you just need a few bits and it's not far.

   This was my favorite place to shop until the lady at checkout 3 on 06/09/2025 at 10:21 AM completely ruined it. I come here every week and I have a 2 year old boy who often times when he comes here and needs to use the toilet, the guys are very kind enough to let him use the employee bathroom since he's a baby and can't control himself like an adult. It turns out that today when I was paying at the checkout my son told me that he needs to use the toilet and that he needs to poop. I told her wait let me take my son to the toilet and she told me with a condescending attitude that he can't go to the toilet because it's only for employees. I told her I've been here before and I know but they've let me take him to the toilet and she says no, that he can't use it. I tell her that he's a little boy, that he doesn't have a diaper and that he needs to poop and she says that he can't because it's only for employees. I told her, "You're incredible!" I paid, and went to the parking lot to load all my groceries into my car. This is the worst thing anyone has ever done to my son. I never imagined such treatment. And the worst part is that I always go to this supermarket to spend my money. Some even know my son, and this is what we get! So please don’t come here with your son!!!!!

   Cashier watched me starting to unload onto the belt then it was announced it was closing. Cashier couldnt even be bothered to speak to me to tell me she was closing. Went to self checkout & waited 2mins for approval of the energy drink. They didnt have any dark choc rice cakes or a single protein mousse which is what i went for. Disappointed!

   Replaced the always kind and helpful till staff with machines. Lost personal touch, takes longer to shop. Such a shame.

   Budget supermarket which has plenty of customers. When there are range rovers Porsches and jags in the carpark, that's got to tell you something. In this day and age we need all the help we can get, so good on you Lidl for doing your bit.
