   If I could give them 0 stars I would. The fridge wasn't working some of the food was moldy! The staff was miserable and very rude. I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there again what a horrible, vile company!

   Usually shop at the store most days and it is fine with good bargains. Just wanted to make sure it was still staying open after the fire as it would be a shame to lose it.

   Good store,we visit 2-3 times a week. Like the offers and cheap prices. One thing definitely need to change and that one is the 2 big open freezer in the middle row. Usually they put ice cream in it but even in this weather.they are soft, you can imagine how it was on summer. If that is not a freezer as I start thinking about it,than why frozen pastries and ice cream and meats in there? For this reason usually I just skip that section. Anyway staff are friendly and as I can tell they actually working. Someone always do something if they are outside of costumer area.

   Came in this morning like i usually do and the woman at the cashier was the loveliest lady i have ever met, she talked to me about my upcoming school lessons and was overall so funny and such a joy to be around. I left the shop with a huge smile on my face and my day had been made.

   The price is good value and there is a good choice but as a regular customer I really must comment on the dreadful customer service by mainly the older staff; have they never heard of saying hello, please and thank you? The younger ones seem to be able to muster up pleasantries without effort, but the older , mainly females, on the tills have absolutely zero customer service skills. I'm spending my hard earned money and when I pass it over, it would be nice to be asked for, as an example, £10.50 please, instead of a blank, £10. 50......no please, no thank you, no hello, no goodbye. It's really bad and they should and could learn a thing or two from their youngest colleagues
