   I accidentally sent my mobile order to another Starbucks (Chelsea & Westminster Hospital), and when I explained this to the staff, one person at the till was understanding and said they could remake it. However, another woman working there was incredibly rude, completely ignored me, and insisted I go to the other store to collect it — no empathy at all. I work just down the road and was simply trying to get my coffee before starting my shift. I’ve never felt so dismissed at a Starbucks. Won’t be returning to this location Her name is Randle and she needs urgent training when it comes to dealing with customer.

   Located next to the Chelsea hospital it's a hot favourite with NHS Workers and does offer a great service. NHS Discounts and the occasional NHS treats keep us coming. Halloween and Christmas drinks are extra special and you got to try it atleast once. The renovated store looks great, with the festive decor. Staff are super friendly and can actually get your names right, including mine!!

   This place is really good! I love the ham and cheese sandwiches that they make as well as matcha late. I am not a fan of coffee, however I really enjoy this place;) I recommend it to everyone. Maybe the only minus is the croissants, I don’t really like how you make them:(

   I am regular on this Starbucks for 5 years for best spot on the Fullham Broadway tube station ,been recently and best spot transform in the worst blurry spot :))) sticker on the windows all way.Looking like marketing points more important then clients :))) ,never come back ,Higly not recommended!!!

   Order by mistake two drinks via the app. The lady said send customer care a complain on the app. And they should be able to refund the money to you. And she gave me the other drink for free Even though I didn't want it.

   Sometimes the staff can be rude and dismissive, but at other times, friendly and welcoming. It really depends who's working there and whether the place is busy or not. Good: - during off-peak hours, it's not so busy and the place is filled with a scatter of people typing away at their laptops. There's the occasional loud child, but they don't stay for long - refurbished: there's more sockets and more tables and chairs to sit down and work in Bad: - during peak hours, it is packed with loud children and parents talking away (as with any other café) - rude and dismissive staff: a lot of the time, the starbucks workers aren't proficient in English, so it's hard to understand what they're saying (and vice versa) which makes them angry at us (this doesn't always happen). Also, the staff aren't great at explaining the policy they have to follow which often irritates me since they just say that they have to charge me more money instead of why - loud staff: today's staff are currently shouting at each other from across the counter which makes it loudenough for the entire café to hear. ATMOSPHERE RUINED. - expensive drinks: not always great value for money (i don't recommend the green tea latte - there are blobs of green tea powder at the bottom which are often bitter)
