   This felt like coming home. We popped in on a Sunday morning to have a quick bite and had the loveliest time. Our ham and cheese toasties (tosta mista) were just like back in Portugal and it was great to have them with Ucal, Compal mango and Sumol pineapple! We also got custard tarts (pastéis de nata) to take away and they were delicious. The staff are lovely and make you feel welcome and looked after. I’ve added photos of the menu because it has it all. We love it here! EDIT: We returned 3 days later to have some lunch and our steak sandwiches (pregos) with chips were delicious and washed down with a very comforting can of guaraná! EDIT 2: Returned a week later and had rissois (breaded prawn pockets), fofas de bacalhau (salt cod fish cakes), bifana (pork sandwich) and bitoque (steak, egg, chips and rice). All delicious!

   Great little old-style Portuguese restaurant on a quiet side street. The proprietors are friendly. Food is simple but good. The smoothies are recommended. Would be nice to see some Brazilian items on the menu, but you can't have everything. Good value in any case.
