Think tesco cafe need to improve on cooking poached eggs. No runny yoke more hard boiled, abit dissapointed. Atmosphere good and cafe clean.
Best toastie ever - cheese and spring onion, delicious, will def have again, better than other big chain cafes by a mile! Staff lovely as always, can't fault them.
I have contacted H & B unrelentless, to in my opinion award the manager Gemma and her team the highest accolade for outstanding customer service However no reply or gratitude from head office for the feedback It's very dissapointing, as I am a very loyal customer. Reward staff for their performance when it's rated outstanding. My loyalty, as you can see is tracked on my rewards cards, should show you the two stores I visit are Gymnastics and Sutton in Ash field Pleased to say these two stores are highly recommended I visited Hucknall tescoa few months back, I was in the store 10minutes Never acknowledged by the femal and male During their long and loud conversation, I heard he was the new manager Going on holiday soon, he liked the red head girl on his team he was talking too, but conversation he was discussing about his none related wotk life was loudly bosdcast during my visit, so no purchase made
This is a very large tesco near Mansfield. The car park is very large so there is no problem parking. The shop itself has a large section of different types of products, including fresh food, clothes, electrical goods, and homeware. The products for sale are generally good quality and the prices are competitive.
Very disappointed in recent visit to the cafe. Purchased fish and chips which not only had decreased in size , but increased in cost. Quality of fish poor. The fish used to be lovely, all beautiful and white.
Big Supermarket with an upstairs cafe. Tesco does have an escalator if you decide to look around upstairs of fancy something from the cafe.
Came for a coffee amd a bacon cob this morning, the lady on the till, she had blonde/brown hair in a Bob style cut. She was absolutely lovely, the customer service was perfect, she made us feel so welcome and made a fuss of our baby too, so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Cudos to her
Many thanks today to Jean and Dawnya two angels who work at this store. I had hip replacement surgery last month and thought I would faint in store today , they fetched a chair then a wheelchair to get me out thank you ladies you were so kind and caring. I feel lucky that you were both there for me ( well done Tesco having great staff)
Amazing first time ever today called in for a few bits and well must be the biggest shop ever it’s got everything really clean well stocked super parking the only minus was today at 3.30 pm walked in to the cafe just for a quick cup of tea and was met by a very very rude lady who was behind the counter and was told to go away as no time to make you anything as you won’t have time to eat or drink it ????? So it’s a 10/10 for the store But the CAFE er no good 1/10 only for the fact of very rude staff But all that said definitely go again (but not to the cafe )
