   Picking up parcels at Tesco Express is often unnecessarily complicated. On one occasion, a staff member repeatedly claimed my parcel wasn’t there, only for it to be handed over when my stepdad came in. Some staff frequently complain about their jobs, and one in particular is extremely rude and lacks basic customer service skills. Unfortunately, my experiences here have been frustrating.

   whilst shopping, the last thing you want is to hear about how much the staff hate working there...... if it's so bad just work somewhere else.... also if you catch Sue smiling, buy a lottery ticket. so rude and quite blatantly doesn't want to be there.... staff turnover needed

   I’ve just been to Tesco at Blidworth for a few essentials. I was served by a young girl who literally threw my shopping into a bag so hard I’m surprised my shopping survived. A loaf of bread was squeezed so hard it was still out of shape when I arrived home 30 mi later. I asked the girl if she didn’t like her job. When she asked why, I said you have just thrown my shopping into that bag so hard and with no care at all. Her response “It’s quicker that way” absolutely disgusting !! I really hope someone reads this that matters because there is definitely room for some training in customer care.

   One oldish woman staff there was disgusting on how she spoke to me and others there saying she couldn't be bothered with customs today they do her head in. Well don't work there then... just pure disgusting and I will not be going there again.
