Very poor customer service , no pleseant interaction to make a customer feel valued or to want to return. Blunt and stern faced server who has no civil pleasantrys. Once I sat down this server Infront of other customers was all jokey jokey and over familiar with their work mate whilst being a robotic , stern faced server who made customers feel insignificant, when a male customer mentioned this , she wasn't very happy ... Avoid this gaff and support non chain coffee shops

The most unfriendly coffee shop you will ever visit. I used to go quite often but these days it's for emergency use only. Like when the other shops in all of England are closed. New staff must be trained how to be grumpy and unfriendly, which is a strange policy for a coffee shop lol!

Had a flat white with coconut milk which tasty salty and unpleasant and made me very sick when I got home. Do not plan to go back!

Poor customer service from the guy that works here, never smiles, never asks any questions, lucky to get two words out of him. Ordered a hot coffee once and never again, he burnt the milk. Also feel sorry for the poor girl in ‘training’. Training is supposed to consist of communication, but instead she just watched as he made the drinks. Not training at all. Really nice decor for a Nero. But it’s a shame the staff lack the easy skill of customer service.

Nice little spot for coffee in PB. Its all wood panelling and sofas, and people sitting with their Apple laptops. Staff are friendly. Coffee is bitter (not sure if this is a Nero trait) But, the place is massively let down by the cleanliness of their toilet. I appreciate it is the closest toilet to the bus/train station, but all the more reason to keep on top of it. There were areas that you could see hadn't been touched for months. Layers of grime on the sink, floor and other areas. The baby changing table was grim - I wouldn't take my baby anywhere near it.
