AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Never go to this store especially with a car, the car park is operated by crooks in the name of Euro Parking Services Ltd and you WILL receive a ticket of £100. Avoid like the plague.
In addition to this store being exceptionally dirty it appears one of the secure guards is now an in-store employee. He thinks that 22:54 is apparently 23:00. Exceptionally rude and I believe he is in the wrong profession. If Tesco wish to send him on a customer focus course I would be happy to pay.
I came to the store at 6:30 The doors are closed . A passing employee inside the store looked at me and left. I've been standing like an idiot for 15 minutes . No one opens the door despite heavy knocks on the door.
I have been going to this Tesco for over a year now never had a problem until they got a new store manager I understand the rules about challenging people that look younger than 25 As I work in a pub myself so have to deal with that every day, but for some reason, even though I’ve showed this woman ID before she will not serve me unless I have an ID with me which I usually don’t bring it out as I only use this Tesco when I’m at work and I don’t need my ID while I’m at work also the only form of all I have at the moment is my passport so I can’t afford to constantly have that on my person just in case I do lose it which I have explained to her that’s why I’ve took a picture of it if she took the time to look at the picture, she would say that the passport is clearly mine When I tried to show a picture or ask her to get other stuff that no my age and have seen my passport To prove my age, but she will not allow it the last time I was in there she also shouted at me and my friend I have never had a problem with any of the staff in there always polite and helpful but for some reason this woman is constantly rude to me not sure if it’s just me or race issues
A typical local Tesco. A slightly better environment than another Tesco nearby, but couldn’t say the same about the selection of items.
I Don't understand why have I got parking ticket while I was shopping at this store!!!!!????shame on tesco for allowing euro car park to bully the customers, this is disgusting!!! They don't even respond!!!
This tesco is just horrible, staff is disrespectful and do what they want, even sit on counters, everything is dirty and randomly placed, honestly what is the point even this branch even existing, i prefer to go to the bigger tesco not far from this one
Have been grabbed by the throat and thrown out of the shop by a male staff member. For saying they have a s$^=÷y service Have called the police. I am a disabled person 59 years old
Absolutely filthy store - dirt all over the floors, leaking roof… don’t buy anything that isn’t pre-packed, can’t believe council haven’t closed them down for bad hygiene! Used to be a good store, clean and friendly staff, but now the staff are surly… three times I had to say hello to young girl on till and she still didn’t greet me!
Great staff here. Akeil and omar what a good bunch of guys.
