   My experience here was absolutely dreadful. Staff was so rude all the females that was working last Friday evening (29th August) no greeting when we walked in the shop, waiting 2 minutes to even be served even though there was no que. There was at least 7 flys in the cake cabinet. I told the lady was serving can i get a fresh one that wasn't in the cabinet she looked at me how dear i ask her. As it was near to closing theres was a homeless man asking me could i get his a sandwich so i asked the manager under her discretion as the shop is closing could she give the homeless man a sandwich as they was closing and they usually throw food away at the end of the day and she no. I couldn't believe her response. I felt terrible for the man and brought him the sandwich. Some people have no compassion. I never will go in there again. Customer service absolutely terrible. PLEASE AVOID THIS store. I will be reporting this to head office too

   Air conditioning upstairs was so cold, I couldn't enjoy my lunch. I eventually went downstairs to a warmer temperature, where the door was open, but it was still warmer than upstairs. So disappointed after spending a lot of money to eat indoors.

   They don’t accept loyalty card as part of Cineworld. Stopped to takeaway a mocha frappé. Took twenty minutes to make one and it was wrong loaded with toffee and caramel syrups. Had to wait some more to get the right drink.

   Firstly, most of the reviews here are for the wrong Starbucks. This is the Starbucks in the Southside Shopping Centre by the entrance to Cineworld. There is another Starbucks on the other side and the photos are confusing. This is a small stall essentially outside a cinema so expect it to be busy when Cineworld is busy. During the day, service is quick and staff are pleasant and friendly. There are a decent amount of seats but they are not the most comfortable.

   Understated functional interior accenting contemporary anonymity and here they do it well. Everything here orchestrated to seamless efficiency and it steamrolls well. Reliably the same old same old; adequate and unlikely to either exceed nor fail to meet expectations. That’s not necessarily a bad thing.

   We asked to sit in with coffees in a mug and were advised by the manager after we had paid that they didn’t have any staff to wash up the cups so they were unable to offer any cups and had closed down all seating area. There were other people with mugs sat at a table. I’m happy to spend £7 on coffee but out of a cardboard cup standing around you may as well have a drive through for a better customer experience.

   Worst caramel Frappuccino actually without "caramel "I ever got from Starbucks .The new staff should consume/try their Starbucks products more often before starting making it to customers, just for improvement.Last time I placed the same order and it came without caramel syrup, and today plenty of caramel but coffee was not thick and very liquid like "she "put milk only, without any ice.

   The service was quick but the best thing was the second floor upstairs,really nice decoration and very comfortable furniture. Absolutely recommended if you want to have a nice coffee and chill for a couple of hours
