   Your rewards system sucks - I buy an oat cortado 3 time a week at least after my gym session. On your antiquated card stamp system (used to be on a v good app) - I get a ‘free’ coffee reasonable regularly but have to pay £0.45 because I have oat milk !!!! I pay a premium for that every time I buy one - - free should be free - it’s insulting - pls sort

   Great place, food comes quickly, especially in the morning. A quiet atmosphere, great for a relaxing Sunday morning, I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice warm cup of coffee in the morning.

   Soho coffee Finchley O2, Food : lemon cake was good sponge flavour, and moist consistency, the icing was a bit too sweet. Americano was a good size, acceptable strength of coffee. Staff: passable, again not much interaction or a welcome feeling Ambience: lovely bookshop nearby and clean.

   Went here for breakfast, my drink order was messed up and was given the wrong drink and then eventually when the right one came the toppings were all stale which made it taste horrible. The burger bun with the breakfast was so chewey. The spicy brunch was nice.
