   This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Eugene(asian Chinese lady)and URVIL were rude, arrogant, and their behaviour felt racist. I was made to feel humiliated and unwelcome. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Management needs to address how staff interact with customers.

   Really bad experience. I asked for double espresso and hot water on the side and a cake, but the staff refused my request saying that their policy doesn’t allow them to do it, while I ordered the same thing in baker street branch and other branches. I am buying things, not just asking for hot water without getting anything. Double espresso is very strong, and I would like to have some hot water to make my stomach feel better, what’s wrong with that? I think Starbucks really needs to improve on this. Also, the staff who refused me, her attitude was really bad!

   Nice outlet. A bit dark and a bit dark. I think it needs refurbishment like the new ones around the world. Coffee was great as usual and the service was fast. Location is superb and well placed. The outlet is clean and all in place. Employees are cheerful and was of a great help. Thank you

   I just been to Starbucks I chose a pistachio & raspberry loaf from the front the staff said I didn’t have the right to chose! He said that I had to take the front one but clearly it’s not the right information. Specially one I’m paying it’s horrible how people treat you I feel so offended.

   This Starbucks is in the corner by Marble Arch. There is a lot of sunlight and it’s bright inside. The coffee shop wasn’t packed and the ordering process was efficient and fast. I like that they offer sustainable options: ceramic plates and cups if you stay to eat and/or drink. Their espresso and grilled cheese & ham were really good!
