   For the past few months they seem to have an ad-hoc approach to opening times. Door sign and internet says 06:30 but never is. Just opening sometime between just before 7:00 and 7:30. Used to like this store to grab a coffee just before going into the office. Will have to grab one at another store now.

   This Starbucks, located right next to UCL Hospital, is incredibly convenient for anyone visiting or working at the hospital. It's a small spot but has a relaxed, chilled vibe that's perfect for grabbing a quick coffee break. The service is fast, and the staff is friendly, which is always a plus when you're in a hurry. Great place to unwind for a few minutes or pick up a drink to go! Highly recommend if you're in the area.

   First visit to a Starbucks! I normally use the other place. But happily surprised and had a decent mocha and hot chocolate here! Not the cheapest but still a nice cup of coffee. Staff pleasant and friendly.

   Popped into here for a takeaway coffee before jumping on the tube. The service was quick and efficient with a good sized clean seating area. There was a great range of drinks and food. It's right next to Warren Street Station which is really handy.

   I don't know if the temperature at this place was set to such a low degree on purpose, but it made my friends leave the place after few minutes and go to enjoy their coffee somewhere else. I stayed for a bit longer because I wanted to charge my phone, but it was not worthy for me to get sick, so I left the café shortly after my friends. The coffee is good, though, as in any Starbucks place.

   I have to say the staff here are very polite, enthusiastic and friendly. As simple as that. I felt welcome so thank you. Only came in here for a vegan sandwich which they didn't have (hence the 4 star) but was happy and very satisfied for the service. A little goes a long way.

   Staff were great, attentive and knew their stuff. The atmosphere was awful as lots of drunk people hanging outside and it was only 6pm in the evening.
