They are really rude here especially to older folk. The food is stale. Pret and Starbucks right outside are always kind and courteous. Avoid this Costa!!

My daughter is 6years old and has dysphagia (a swallowing condition and can not drink anything without thickener) the members of staff know exactly how to make my daughters drinks which makes life a little bit easier and to know that she can have a treat there and not have to worry the members of staffβs have gotten to know me and my daughter and know exactly what we want. I really appreciate you for taking time to understand and help thank you

They regularly and cheerfully sell stale pastries from at least a day before but donβt seem to care. I bought two one morning and they were rock hard. Came back another morning and saw a woman refusing to buy a pastry from them for the same reason. It had clearly been on display since the day before

I was really disappointed with the customer service. While waiting in the queue, I allowed a disabled customer in a wheelchair to go ahead of me, something I was more than happy to do. However, when it was my turn, the barista tried to ignore me and told me to go to the back of the queue, I explained politely that I was in the queue and had simply given way to someone who needed it more, but the way he handled my order felt disrespectful. It also seemed like he charged me more than usual, which left me feeling uncomfortable. To make things worse, I saw him offering trays to other customers, yet when I ordered two coffees, he didnβt bother to offer any help. The difference in how I was treated compared to others was noticeable and really disappointing. Overall, the experience felt unfair and unprofessional. I hope the staff receive better training on customer service and treating everyone with the same respect.

Wowβ¦great cappuccino. In a hospital! I just searched for 24/7 coffee shop and expected a little shop on the street. So the taste being good here was an excellent subversion of βhospital coffee shopsβ. Also, nice lemon muffin.

Drinks are good, service efficient and quick. However, I bought a chocolate cake which was over Β£3 which was on display, and the slices of the cake on display were fat slices. What I received in my takeaway box was half the slice on display - very deceiving, and definitely not the high price. Not happy with this, but otherwise the rest of the items bought were good.

Asking for a strong cappuccino is always a struggle . Somehow, I m always offered a large cappuccino with even more milk when I want a cappuccino with less milk so than I can taste the coffee. Today the barrista undertood and delivered a superb Strong Cappuccino . Great job.

Great and friendly service. It's your typical Costa, but the team there are really helpful and you can see they are happy to be there. You would think working in a small coffee shop in a hospital would get to you, but no the staff there are fantastic. I could say it's the best coffee shop at Chelsea and Westminster hospital, but it's the only one. Even more reason to be impressed!
