   Click and collect is a shambles. The log in app never works and they’ve disconnected the phone lines so you’re often sat for 30mins just waiting for someone to come out to you. It’s supposed to be an easy service but it’s far more stressful. Every week there’s more and more issues. Avoid and go to Tesco!

   Ok so a supermarket is exactly what it is so no real complaints however I went to the cafe and honestly I wasn't expecting Michelin star food but I thought it would be value for the money to be fair staff where friendly food absolutely avoid at all costs

   I use the cafe often since the refurbishment the cafe has gone down hill Poor portions,bacon roll appauling 2 rashers,the cheese they use now is bland awful The seating area is terrible. The only good thing is the young lad on the till he is a super lad. Come on asda cafe sort yourself out its gone down hill

   Who is the manager of the Asda cafe? I'm not really bothered but apparently you've upset the staff! Apparently she has to cut her hours & you over order things! She is not happy, the whole cafe is aware of the issue!! Oh wait is it Amanda ( hope your tabs arnt burning!) One staff member was moaning about the mess the children left ( stated it looked like Beirut!) & she carnt wait till they are back at school!! Little tip, please spray the cloth & wipe tables rather than spraying everyone & everything, put me right off my hard scone & disgusting americano!

   Customer Toilets So grubby. Went into the ladies toilets, they have not had a good thorough clean for a very long time especially all the floor and floor in the cubicles all smelt of urine. They need a deep cleaning right through and the walls and all flooring, toilets. So Adsa get your act together and offer your customers and staff clean toilets to use.

   I arrived 15mins early for my shopping. Expecting to be turned away only to be greeted by 2 lovely gents. I believe there names were harry and Steve. They were extremely helpful considering I am in a wheelchair. They packed my shopping while also having a laugh with me. Top lads. Can’t thank them enough.

   Very disappointing visit. Pallets left in the middle of aisles so customers can't walk by. Piles of cardboard left on aisles and over floor, I picked then up from the aisle I was shopping on and asked a collegue if I could put it on their cage to which he replied 'urm why you doing that?' I replied, I work at another Asda store and I'm trying to help and stop any accidents' to which I just got an eyeroll in response. No colleagues offering help to elderly customers who were looking confused and walking straight past them. Very disappointing,I understand its the busiest time of year however I'd be ashamed to work here.

   This is now the 4th time i have been trying to get ONE BOTTLE of Prime Hydration for my son who's been wanting it ever since release, this Asda is the only Asda it seems that never has any stock out even in the mornings and staff try to convince you its sold out within 60 seconds of opening time, i mean how hard can it be? there is never any out in the mornings or night and staff just tell you there isn't any yet people are posting pictures of stacks of it in other Asda's. Prime has came out saying some Asda's are low stock as employees are keeping it for themselves and i suspect that is what's happening here, ridiculous that it takes this much effort to try a drink that they seem to have put up to £2 a bottle which is another disgrace in all honestly, taking advantage its selling quick so putting it up to £2 for 500ml. I just can't see how it can be so hard to put out a shelve of stock in the morning and limit sale per person to give others a chance, i have been multiple times all at different times and there is NO stock at all and staff just tell you there is none, maybe i am being harsh but when you end up visiting multiple times and can't even get one bottle with staff just shrugging their shoulders its very frustrating my son only wants to try it! i can walk in and buy any pop i want and the next day its stocked back up yet here the shelve for the Prime drink is always clear, please fix this!

   The click and collect service is a nightmare and does not work. I arrived at 5pm to collect my order which was booked 5-6pm. I logged on the app to say I was there, it took 20 minutes from me pulling up to me getting my shopping! I asked the young lad why it took so long and he said it doesn’t tell them when we’re there?! I asked to speak with a manager he said that there wasn’t a manager available. I called the store and there was no option to speak with anyone. Complete shambles and waste of time, in the 20 mins I was waiting I could have completed a shop!
