   This Costa branch is a beautiful spot that ticks all the boxes for a great coffee experience. The space is clean, cosy, and warm, making it the perfect place to unwind or catch up with friends. My Americano with oat milk was absolutely spot on as it was smooth, rich, and exactly what I needed. Also had a refreshing glass of water to quench my thirst! The staff deserve all the praise; they’re friendly, attentive, and create such a welcoming atmosphere. I must especially commend the lady behind the counter for her incredible patience and professionalism. Despite dealing with a rather aggravating customer who was holding up the line by being on the phone, counting out coins, and even spilling them for her to pick up, she remained calm and gracious throughout. It’s clear that handling moments like these with kindness is part of their daily routine, but her composure and positive attitude really stood out. Well done to both her and the guy today, 20-11-2024.

   I love this little branch of Costa. It’s more relaxed than others. Clean and I like the decor. The staff (Harish and Iwona) is very helpful and friendly. Definitely a favourite of mine.

   Nice branch of Costa.. Must say though the most important thing is the staff. Victoria has great, nice personality. Costa please recognise this and please give this girl a pay rise! It really makes all the difference to the experience of visiting a Costa if the staff are likeable. Six stars

   The place is super clean and tidy, they have made changes to seating due to COVID. There are limited seating spaces but the shop is also small. The barista that served me was very lovely, approach and overall a good human being. I wish I caught her name. Had a really good experience here.
